Not Reliable in a Time of Need and Urgency
I would give this company **zero stars if I could.**
I applied for emergency funding two days before the weekend and was approved. I signed the contract after being advised that the funds would be deposited into my account by the end of that business day. When the money failed to arrive, I contacted them the following day and was once again assured that the funds would be in my account by the end of business.
It is now Sunday, and I have still not received a single cent. The communication and customer service over the weekend have been non -existent. No callbacks, no emails, no messages, and absolutely no updates. I was left completely in the lurch at a time when I was relying on this emergency funding.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given the urgency of my situation and the promises made to me.
**I am cancelling the contract and will not be proceeding with this agreement.** No funds have been received, and I expect written confirmation that the contract has been cancelled, that no repayments are owing, and that no fees, interest or charges will be applied to an amount that was never deposited into my account.
Emergency funding is supposed to provide support when people need it most. Instead, this experience has caused further stress and left me without the assistance I was promised.
Absolutely unacceptable service and communication. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
