The process to get a paiement is a bit long.

My payout was rejected and my account was breached after I requested my first payout, and I have serious concerns about how NLF applied its 2-minute rule.
On August 31 at 03:59 UTC, I had a trade closed by stop loss before the 2-minute minimum. This happened due to slippage. At that time, I received no warning, no email, no dashboard notification, and no indication that this was being recorded as my first violation.
Then, on September 4 at 15:30 UTC, after I submitted my first payout request, my payout was suddenly rejected and my account was breached.
According to NLF's FAQ, the first violation results in a 50% profit split, while the second violation results in a hard breach. That is why I expected my first violation to result in the stated 50% profit split, not an immediate breach.
What makes this situation even more concerning is the lack of notification. If my August 31 trade was considered my first violation, why was I not informed at that time?
Based on my previous experience with other prop firms such as Upcomers, Funding Pips, and Maven, I understood the first violation to be something addressed during the initial payout process, rather than an issue that could remain completely undisclosed while the account was live and then suddenly be used to reject a payout.
In those previous experiences, I also expected traders to be clearly informed when a rule violation occurred. With NLF, I received no email or warning after the August 31 incident. I only discovered that it was apparently being treated as a violation after requesting my first payout.
This feels extremely unfair and, from a trader's perspective, can feel like the rules are being applied in a way that traps the trader instead of giving them a clear opportunity to understand and correct the issue.
I am not asking NLF to ignore its rules. Rules are rules. My concern is transparency and how those rules are enforced.
If a first violation has a specific consequence of a 50% profit split, traders should be clearly notified when that first violation occurs. It should not be kept undisclosed until the trader requests a payout, only for the payout to be rejected and the account breached.
I hope NLF can provide a clear explanation of exactly when a “first violation” is counted and why I received no warning or notification on August 31Also, based on my experience with Upcomers, Funding Pips, and Maven, the first violation was handled during the initial payout process after the trading mistake occurred, rather than being silently counted while the account was still live. There was no email or warning from NLF at all, which makes the situation feel like the trader is being trapped by the rule.
Next level funded is a transparent firm without hidden rules and the spread very good.
No denial of payout.
They are doing all that is expected of a class A firm.
NLF not humanity, rejected my payout only take profit in volatity market, i ihave 14% consistency & 9 day profitable, but my acount failed.
I’ve had a great experience with Next Level Funded so far. The dashboard is very intuitive, and the rules are straightforward without any hidden agendas. I also want to give a shoutout to Batman from the Discord community—extremely helpful and always quick to answer any questions. It’s rare to find a firm that actually cares about its traders' success. Highly recommended
Woow. I was about to fall for this firm but after viewing the negative reviews, i better stay away. The bad thing is that most people are denied payouts after wasting time and money. So sad. I will keep an eye if they're any improvements I will definitely join and update my review
I participated in Next Level Funded’s World Cup giveaway and was expecting to receive the giveaway account according to the promotion. Unfortunately, I never received the account or a satisfactory explanation for why it was not provided.
What made the situation even more disappointing is that I was subsequently banned from their Discord server after trying to get clarification and resolve the issue.
I believe participants deserve clear communication and transparency, especially when a giveaway is publicly promoted. If there were specific eligibility requirements or reasons why I was not entitled to the account, they should have clearly explained them instead of simply banning me from the community.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Next Level Funded at this time. I hope the company reviews my case and provides a clear explanation.
Please check the giveaway rules, my participation, and the reason for my Discord ban.
They blocked my account because of a previous comment I made regarding their terrible service and the lack of clarity on how the account operates—they give one version of the facts while we get another, constantly claiming we’re breaking some rule.
Because of that review, Next Level Funded blocked both my challenge and live accounts; they even tried to blackmail me into removing the review in exchange for unblocking them. Bottom line: the company is no good.
Simply top-notch service
A big thank you to the whole Next Level Funded team
I particularly appreciated how extremely fast the account review was to move on to Phase 2 no time wasted everything went super smoothly
On top of that the customer support is ultra-responsive and highly efficient as soon as you have any question it really makes all the difference when you're looking for a reliable and professional propfim
A truly professional team and a top-tier service
Keep up the great work!
one of the worst firms ever please dont get tricked with the low prices they are one of the strict and most scam company ever i bought a account passed it did not violate any rules requested a payout after a while they rejected it and blocked my access to my account the customer support are not willing to help and give me a proof for my action just BS
I highly recommend them! The team is very responsive and helpful! If you have any issues or questions, they’ll help you anytime!
This company is a scam. I've been trading with them for 8 months and got funded and got to pay out stage. They refused to pay me because of minor rule violations even though on their website I'm eligible for 65% profit split. Their rules are shitty and they are shitty. Now they closed my account because of inactivity rule which was 1 month and now they edited to be 21 days. They joked on me in discord so I lash out on them and treated me poorly. Very disappointed they wasted 8 months of hard work and pain. Don't consider this shitty prop firm.
I've had a great experience with Next Level Funded. The pricing is very competitive, the evaluation process is straightforward, and the trading conditions are trader-friendly. The platform is easy to use, and the overall experience has been smooth from the start.
What stands out most is the value they offer compared to many other prop firms. Everything has been clear and well organized, making it easy to focus on trading. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with them and would definitely recommend Next Level Funded to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable prop firm.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Next Level Funded.
I qualified for my payout and carefully followed the trading rules. One of the requirements was to complete 10 qualifying trades, which I did. However, the dashboard never updated my progress, making it impossible to proceed with my payout request.
I contacted support several times and provided screenshots and detailed explanations, but the issue has still not been resolved. As a trader, this is extremely frustrating because I fulfilled my obligations, yet I am being prevented from accessing my payout due to what appears to be a system issue.
I hope Next Level Funded investigates this matter promptly and fixes the dashboard so that traders who follow the rules are treated fairly.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
This firm us running on fake reviews earlier I gave them 1 star and now after 3 month it's still 1 star. It's the lowest we can give. Unprofessional and unethical firm. Yesterday they offer me $10k giveaway account to remove my 1 star review, which I decline firmly. Most of the good rating are fake and mostly posted by their discord members. My suggestion to all the prop firm traders,do not waste your money on this firm. There are many good and trustworthy prop firm which offer good and affordable plan with no hidden rules. Highly unrecommended. Waste of time and money
I received a notification that my account was breached when I never broke any rule. I reached out to them on the 6th of March and they quickly responded and rectified the issue. They can be trusted.
fully disappointed from support team firstly they told me to wait 24h after that one senior mod xandar who came and reply me " bruh "& same thing which other mod said and when i told them to share proofs why they denied my payout they refuse it. fully fraud firm and third level mods who didn't know how to talk professionally with the customer.
Next level funded is the best
Thank you khan for the wonderful experience
Don't buy any account with these scamsters, their support batman and ceo scam people with cheap offers....they breached my and my friend account for inactivity within 21days,first it was 30 days....overnight changed it to 21days and not even giving warning like before...looting people...pls stay away from them.
