Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, customer service was excellent and the dehumidifier is a game changer for me. So glad I don’t have to worry about mould growing on my belongings. It is very portable and is easy to wheel around on wooden floor boards. It’s compact and doesn’t take up too much room. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Quality
Delivery was very fast, but the mattress quality does not seem to fully match the description online. I have been sleeping on it for just over two weeks and have found it quite uncomfortable.
Firstly, there is very little support around the edges of the mattress, and when sitting on the side it feels like you could easily slide off. The firmness also does not feel consistent with the product description, and I cannot really notice the different levels of support across the various zones.
I will continue trying it for a little longer, but I may need to contact Newentor to request a mattress topper if the comfort does not improve.

I used to be a plush mattress fan but this hybrid mattress is so comfy, I sleep more soundly then I think I ever have. Good support, the right amount of soft and it didn't smell like plastic. Love it.
