extremely overpriced misrepresentation…
extremely overpriced misrepresentation of the Shoe culture the shoes cost $250 on top of $38 shipping on top of $65 import fees that was not explained in anywhere on the webpage before the purchase. I find out that my package has arrived in my area by DHL and then I have to pay an additional release fee. This caught me off guard which it was paid, but this will be the last time that I purchased anything from this company due to the miscommunication and added information.
It would be appreciated if everything is added on the front end instead of the back end when the item has shipped and then you receive a email and or text message a couple of days later for an extended bill that is due.

If you do not live in Denmark…
If you do not live in Denmark and instead live out of the country beware extra fees that will come to you by surprise along with a hefty tax fee and having to cover your own shipping fees if you have to make a return. I paid over $230 for shoes not worth half the price. When the shoes got to USA the shipping company stated I had to pay an additional tax instead of Naked paying the tax. Something that Naked Copenhagen should have been upfront about during the checkout process. Once I received the product my Nike box had damages. Which sadly for me if the shoes box is damaged in a return they deny your return. Long story short i’ve spread the news to make sure people are aware with how cheap this company is as well as awful misinformation. I’ll never purchase from this company again.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I paid an extra €20 for express shipping, yet my order arrived with a missing item. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was told to wait 15 days while they carry out an investigation.
To make matters worse, the other shirt I received doesn’t fit, and I discovered that customers outside Denmark have to pay for return shipping and create the return label themselves. So after receiving an incomplete order, I’m expected to spend even more money because of their mistake.
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. There has been no real sense of urgency or responsibility, despite the fact that I paid extra for faster delivery.
I will never order from this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think twice before ordering.

I'm sorry to hear the other shirt didn't fit — sizing issues are unfortunately something we can't always prevent.
What we can improve is how clearly we communicate that return shipping outside Denmark is at the customer's own expense.

Item received much darker than product advertised
The colour of the item I received was significantly darker than shown on the website. I did not ask for a refund I requested information as I was mostly just confused the order I received was possibly a different shoe.
Was greeted with unhelpful and defensive staff who refused to acknowledge they have an issue with displaying accurate images of the items they sell. Products are required to match their marketing and description. It was a really poor experience and to make it worse their email conveniently “is full and cannot accept messages” when you have a query or complaint. Super unprofessional.

I bought a pair of Hoka for a very good price from Naked, they have been very clear with communication about delivery, everything was tracked and updated via email. So, thank you!
I only had an issue with the delivery, and that's because of UPS, but a guy from Naked quickly helped me, efficiently (suggestion: maybe consider to change your delivery partner). So the shoes arrived with a bit of delay but I'm really happy with my purchase, I will for sure buy something else from them for both good prices and cool items they have!

No front door delivery, wasn’t noticed about that.
It would have been nice to be noticed that the package won’t be delivered to the front door. I had to drive 30min to the „next“ UPS pickup station (it’s not the closest, there is one in my town).
I found out about that when the package was delivered there and i received an email to pick it up there.
