I placed an order after checking out their website from seeing an ad on IG, I should’ve done more research before placing an order, but I discovered they changed their IG user name at least 5 times and they have no comments under their video posts but yet they have all these reviews on their site. It seems like a drop shipping page which is why their customer service is Terrible, as soon as I placed the order I emailed MANY times no reply and their customer service number is out of service. I really don’t believe I will get a hold of anyone, I will have to decline the package and file a claim with my credit card company. I wouldn’t trust this brand nor their quality, might as well purchase from SHEIN/TEMU

DONT BUY FROM NOIVERE!!! Its all scam, and there only out for your money. I texted them 7 times about my package that hasn’t even been send. It’s been a month and now they say they can’t even pay me a refund because it’s too long time ago. They took my money and scammed me.

The bag is really comfy and fits lots in while looking perfect. Only downside is the inside material is quite cheap and thin.

The bags I ordered are attractive and well made. The company is reliable and I would buy from them again.

The ordering process was smooth and it was delivered within a few weeks. However, it came and was not as expected (the bag itself was bigger than I wanted, and the material felt cheap and thin), and I wanted a return for the bag. They have a 14-day money back guarantee, so I contacted and emailed them immediately, only to be refused my request. The representative stated that I could only return damaged or incorrect items. This is nowhere in their policy, so for dishonesty and/or unclear policies, I give this company a 1-star. I have taken up the dispute with my credit card company, so hopefully I can get my money back. Do not order from them if you're not willing to gamble 50-70 dollars.

Delivery time was what I was expecting and the quality is good!

I love the product and the quality of the everyday city tote bag it’s spacious and stylish but the process of it getting here was a bit nerveracking because my order kept saying “does not exist” when trying to track it. Then randomly after like three weeks I get a message saying that it’s expected to arrive on the day and it did in fact actually arrive.

Cute bag but I was a lot calls spamming by people from a hotline miami..?

The bag itself is fine - can find something the same anywhere else it’s plastic feel.

The customer service from this company is absolutely abysmal.

I requested a cancellation as I ordered the incorrect item. They ignored me for days on end, in which I had to continue chasing. Once they did reply it would have no context or reply to previous emails sent finally they advised they have a 12 hour cancellation policy. In which they cannot provide documentation - I have asked continuously and they cannot provide it. They are still ignoring the emails.

I wish I did not purchase through this company.

I ordered a €50 bag as a gift, with the website stating delivery within 3–12 business days. It arrived significantly later, making it unsuitable for its intended purpose. Customer service refused to provide a return label, and the return address is in the USA, meaning I would have to pay expensive international shipping to return a €50 item.

I contacted them again to resolve the issue, but received no response. Very poor customer service and an unreasonable return process. I would not recommend this company.

Tried to scam me. Refused my return based on a condition that was not disclosed before purchase and that was inconsistent with the return policy that formed part of my purchase decision.

There is no section of their published terms and conditions that states returns are accepted only for defective items but that is what they will try to tell you.

I love the bag and it seems well constructed and durable. The color is as shown in the picture, which I was worried about. The delivery ended up being faster than expected.

I got the Everyday City Tote. The bag is perfect and arrived before I needed it to. I love it so much! It’s the perfect size for what I need, and it fits everything. The quality is good, you just have to wait a bit after taking it out of the packaging because it may seem low quality at first. 10/10.

Communication was generally quick and delivery was relatively quick also. Bag is nice and of good quality.
