Strongly recommend not signing up for the NRI services.

False promises, poor communication. Very good at signing up for the premium services. At the end of the term, if not successful in selling the property, getting a refund is a challenge.
I also let a property under a fully managed scheme - managed by the CPMS team - no inspection was carried out, and when the contract is terminated - no response regarding the refund of the deposit held by No broker. Multiple calls and emails - no response.

We have been availing No broker services for the last 1 year and our Property Manager, Ms. Narla Swaroopa has been very cooperative and easily reachable. She ensures all our issues are addressed promptly.

I have taken in May 2026 "Khata Transfer" service from Nobroker Legal services team. The actual government charges are only few thousand rupees but i was charged 23,000/- on the pretext they the same will be used to define the services quickly and "other charges" with government dept. will be taken care by them.
It is now September and even after 5 months transfer has not been completed and despite multiple escalation and follow up there is no revert.
This is in effect a case of misleading & cheating for which a police & Consumer court complaint needs to filed.
Many other customers have reported the same issue and it is clear this is a Zero Trust Organisation.

I have opted for NRI service, they provide hassle free tenant search and on boarding with agreement included.

Good follow up by the staff on most occasions. Dedicated manager for each property is also convenient.

One thing they can improve is repair process after a tenant vacates can get expensive and also sometimes not satisfactory. - they need make the costs more budget friendly and thorough follow up with the repairs.

Extremely poor service. They were tracking profile activities by click, they called me, convinced me for a sign up since i was looking for property in Banglore. Signed up for their NRI service and received no update after that! I was promised within an hour RELATIONSHIP MANAGER will reach out suggesting properties but no sound! Not even payment invoice was issued n it has been 3hrs. I followed up ample of times their response “pls give me some time” sales have to be ethical. If swallowing people’s hard earned money allow no broker organization and the sales rep to sleep in peace, u people are SCAMMERS for sure!

DONT TRUST NOBROKER. I m a premium member. New to chennai so paid an xtra amount for field managers to guide us to the properties during the visit. So many ppl spoke to us giving false promises. They said they ll come in person take us to the property. After landing chennai none picked up our call. Upon texting support team we came to know that our relationship manager was on leave and we literally were clueless on who 2 meet and where 2 go. We paid a huge amount of money and were betrayed. Makkale pls. Be aware. Its a SCAM BROKER.

Less than 1 is not possible!
Agents are of no value, sloppy, sales team on the otherside is too promising until you pay, and then gone.
Lot of calls, even when informed not to do so. I mean, really irritated by sheer number of calls.
Plus, website is usable only with paid services, nothing works for free.

This was my first experience booking a service through NoBroker, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing.

As per their policy, I was required to pay the entire booking amount upfront, along with a ₹199 membership charge. I made the payment in good faith, but after the booking was confirmed, the person assigned to the service simply did not turn up.

What made the experience even worse was trying to reach their customer support. Getting through to an actual human being is unnecessarily difficult. The entire system seems designed around AI chatbots, making it incredibly frustrating for a customer who has a genuine issue and needs immediate assistance.

When I finally managed to speak to Sheikh Jasmeen, the response was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. I was informed that my booking had been cancelled and that, according to their policy, the ₹199 membership amount would not be refunded. I was also told that the booking amount could take 10–15 days to be refunded.

This is not about ₹199 or even the refund timeline. It is about the complete lack of accountability and the way a paying customer is treated when the service provider fails to show up.

A company cannot happily take the customer's money upfront and then hide behind policies when the failure is on their side. Making customers fight through AI bots and rude customer service representatives to get their own money back is simply unacceptable.

My advice to anyone considering NoBroker: please think twice before booking or paying upfront. My first experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform.

A very disappointing experience, and one that I certainly did not expect from a service that claims to make life easier.

Farheen helped a lot to find the right property. We were able to finalise the property within 2 weeks of subscribing the plan. Highly recommended

First listing is supposed to be free. If you are NRI, they want money 29K lifetime or 10K single time tenant. If we dont take, they wont allow to put the AD for free. Their Agent force us to take and keep calls you. Even if our person is there to take care, still they want to manage it. Over the phone, they promise the AD will be active.But after sometime, they mention that property is rented out and remove the listing which was never active before. So pathetic to deal.Fake promises and unable to trust with this attitude. Our ID is amrithaphilip5

They have a professional way to deal with the tenant and owner. Tenant arrangement , agreement etc. were properly managed. However, one need to go through everything and keep watch. Inspections are outsourced and advise to pay partial after proof of job done.
I thank my Property Manager Rakshitha R C from Comprehensive Property Management(CPMS), who took care of all these from her end, and she is always reachable, helpful and very prompt in responding and resolving all situations.
