I have taken in May 2026 "Khata Transfer" service from Nobroker Legal services team. The actual government charges are only few thousand rupees but i was charged 23,000/- on the pretext they the same will be used to define the services quickly and "other charges" with government dept. will be taken care by them.
It is now September and even after 5 months transfer has not been completed and despite multiple escalation and follow up there is no revert.
This is in effect a case of misleading & cheating for which a police & Consumer court complaint needs to filed.
Many other customers have reported the same issue and it is clear this is a Zero Trust Organisation.

Ordered an Logitech gaming controller and received a dead on arrival / non working item. As there was a return option i requested return and item was declined to be returned !! Why? because Unboxify refuses to accept non working items which they only shipped ⁉️ This is basically a SCAM

1) Placed order on 20th Dec'25.
2) Order was cancelled
When i inquired why they mentioned, price is higher now so we cancelled ("old stock, new stock" difference )
I complained that you are not honouring the order placed and increasing price as per convenience.... nothing was done and i when have this on WhatsApp customer support which was not helpful ! You can read the response from Velanstore to this complaint (which they removed later) saying I am ''.. wasting time..." " need to get a job..." Even now they are claiming in there response that have right to change price AFTER taking order and that's how they have been doing business for 60 years....!??? That should show you enough about this brand...
Unethical practices by this store would NEVER trust our recommend them .
