Novo Shoes Reviews 

Not recommended. Shoes fall apart within months. Ordered online with explicit instructions to leave at post office. They told Aust post to leave the parcel unattended and of course it got stolen. Spent months denying it was their fault for overriding my delivery instructions. DO NOT TRUST!

The communication of the sales assistant needs work. Made the interaction in store very difficult.

Watergardens Novo was good helpful with suggestions. We had been to Highpoint few days earlier terrible customer service there waited 15 minutes wanting to try on a pair of shoes seemed like one girl was carrying the other. He was just in another planet came back later. Got the same response would not go back to Highpoint again.

Sadly my most recent experience at Nova Doncaster was very disappointing. Very long wait due to only one staff member minding the entire shop. Also this staff member had constant issues with the cash register and receipts printer. Not sure if it was her or the machine! In the end she couldn’t give me a printed receipt but promised to email one right away. Unfort I never received it or the points she said I would be getting from that purchase which would give me a future $10, reward. It was one of the worst in store experience I’ve ever had!

I had event coming up and wanted some shoes and bag to match, stumbled across the store in Shellharbour and had a look then went online and found what I thought would work and went to MacArthur square store. The young lady was amazing she was juggling three customers and was able to assist and get the shoes I was looking at with a pleasant smile and calm manner. Even had the time to look at the dress to make sure I had Chosen the correct colour, this is a big help for someone that is colour blind and not very confident with colours. Very polite and helpful, fantastic customer service.

The attendant was very helpful as I wasn’t sure of my foot size. She brought out size 5 & 6s for me to try & also a stocking for each foot. She was very polite & attentive.

Excellent service. I bought my 3 pairs of shoes and couldn’t go around carrying them and the shop sales person kept them for me until I was done with my shopping 2 hrs later and came back to pick them up on Wednesday in DFO Essendon branch.

Penrith Nova staff were friendly, I haven’t bought shoes for quite a while. I am very happy with the sandals l have purchased and they were on sale which was a terrific buy.

I have a wonderful young lady serve me she was pleasant friendly and very helpful.i had been into another Novo store the day before & ended up walking out without making a purchase as the assistant truely didn’t want to help

I wanted to return these heels, but it seems there isn’t even a return option. These are by far the most uncomfortable heels I have ever bought. I wore them for only a short time and they were extremely painful.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I’ve wasted my money on a product that is unwearable, and it’s very disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be any support or solution offered. I definitely won’t be purchasing from NOVO again, and I now know not to trust the quality of their shoes.
