This is a FAKE company with a FAKE address and FAKE phone number that uses a mail store for a front. The LLC documents show only the registered agent's name who also hides behind the same mail box store address. The site is FAKE, merchandise is FAKE, sales are FAKE, shipping company is FAKE,tracking numbers are FAKE, and any positive reviews you find about them are FAKE too, even here on Trust Pilot!

Besides weeks delay in getting the product and a product that didn't look like their picture plus a $9.99 service charge that was not on their advertisement and no mention of it which I didn't appreciate they or the company they had me pay to torin.com someone at either company either gave or sold my credit card to companies I never heard of or dealt with. ZENTRASPORT.COM & ZAPOSTORE.COM. Per MyGametables.com were issuing the credits but my CC company has seen them as I write it. Hmmm

I placed an order for chipmunk traps via the mygametable.com website earlier today. Cost was $29.97. When I input my credit card info it said that the card was invalid. I assumed that I had entered the info incorrectly and set the order aside while I retrieved my card. Before I was able to do so, I received an email from my credit card issuer for suspected card fraud asking if I had made a purchase from zapostore.com for $39.96. I replied no, so they closed my account and are sending a new card. As the card I used for the mygametables.com was our primary credit card I will now have to notify numerous vendors that automatically charge that card of the fraud and change the info for those transactions to that of the new card. SO FRUSTRATING!!

Took two fully grown adults and a lot of caffeine to lug it into the basement, but the pool table is an absolute gem. One star off because one of the minor assembly screws was missing from the pack, but customer service shipped a replacement set immediately.

Final product is honestly quite decent for a budget friendly basement setup, but my patience and mental health took a heavy hit during the two-hour assembly process.

Sleep schedule is completely ruined but this air hockey table plays incredibly fast and smooth. Took off one star only because the delivery window was missed by a couple of days, though the carrier was polite when they finally turned up.

I would leave a negative star if I could. My order arrived broken. When I requested a refund and return label, I only get requests for me to send a video of the broken items. They do not want to give refunds. Buyer beware!!

The website said next day delivery, orderd dog earmuffs for the 4th of July. Ordered on June 29th. Today is July 13th!!! Will never order from this company again !!!

It took about 3 weeks to receive my order after double charging my credit card. All they gave me was a 15% discount. They again double charged my credit card for some subscription I was not informed about. I was under the impression that the goods are USA made but they are shipped from some other country in Europe or Asia. I also had to cancel my credit card so stay away.

Took over 3 weeks to get my order. They initially charged me twice, then today tried to slam a $39.99 charge on my card. Had to cancel the card. What a hassle

This website is complete fraud.

Ordered: they charged me for things without my consent. Item arrived and looked nothing like the pictures. I tried to return, they offered 40% money back, I accepted, they charged me again about 40 dollars and refunded 45 dollars. So I only got 5 dollars.

Then, my credit card was used on a fraudulent website later that week. How is this possible?

Best purchase of the summer. Took the pool table out to the covered patio and now my friends won't leave my house. Seriously, someone tell them to go home.

Building the foosball table felt like assembling a 5,000-piece puzzle with instructions written by a sadist. Final product is fine but my mental health took a hit

Tablet mount is solid gold, just be careful where you stick it because the arm is so long it completely blocked my view of the dashboard clock. Now I'm early to things. Weird

Game nights used to end at 9pm. They now end at 2am. My sleep schedule hates this table. My friends love it.

Solid table. My dog tried to eat one of the ping pong balls on day one. Replacement balls arrived fast. Four stars for the table, zero stars for the dog

I am now undefeated at foosball. My family no longer invites me to play. Worth every penny

Assembly took 3 hours. My marriage survived. The table is excellent

Arrived in a box so big my neighbor thought I was moving out. Table is great though, 10/10 would confuse neighbors again.
