Good product, long wait time until delivery.

We placed an order in which, of 3 items purchased, one was not sent and the other was different from what we ordered.

We made a claim to the more than 3 weeks ago, providing all the corresponding information so they can send us the right articles. Either they don't answer or when they do they only tell you "they are checking it...". And that repeats week after week.

We began to think that it may be a SCAM, since these waiting times are not normal, in which no one from the company assuming any responsibility and there is not even a contact phone number that you can give a call to.

If you decide to buy on this page I wish you all the luck, so everything goes well the first time, because as you depend on their customer service you can forget about your order…

More than 25 days for a simple sticker.. Still not here. They claim it needs to be reproduced, as it got damaged during production .. still does not allow changes to the re-production... So I am waiting for something to be RE-produced, even though I already know, it is absolutely useless for me and I will throw it into the bin right away...

I ordered 3 prints (each twice) 4 weeks ago. After getting a message, that the work is still in production, I tried to get more information. Nothing happend like this. Like others already said: Be aware - untrustful company, bad communication - fraud!!!!!

After 3 weeks I got nothing, not the paid vinyl nor any useful explanation. I spent 41 €, I am going to report it as fraud, be aware

Very very bad service, they are not able to open a svg file and abusing you to pay one time 10€ to do it themself and 2 days later 40€, you cannot cancel your command. Very abusing service !

Customer center answered really quick my request for buying the colour samples fan. I took the PREMIUM fan with the scope to check and choose colour for car wrapping. Tha fan is thick and contains glossy pastel colour, black and white matt, metallic colours. The colour selection is extremely wide, colours are vivid and also the matllic ones are amazing. I would have loved to have more matt references also but at the end I am really happy with this fan. Delivery has been fast, maybe just a little too expensive but acceptable. Looking forward to proceed with myfolie order for my car!
