WOW what can I say about Mr Q.......
Well if you got money to burn, love pumping money into their accounts and get zero, bonuses, this is the site for you. Ive had the sales pitch of the RTP(return to player) and the RNG(random number generator) but, im sorry thus site is cleary ripping people off and, from my experience, please stay well clear.......
As their advert states, you either love us or hate us and we kinda love that(direct quote) what it should say is, were robbing bastards and absolutely love it.
Please everyone, stay well clear !!!!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience with MrQ.
I requested a withdrawal of £2,070 and completed all the verification checks requested, including providing my ID, bank statement and wage slips. Despite providing everything quickly, my withdrawal remains pending.
I have been given different timeframes for the review, with one message saying checks could take around a month due to a backlog and another saying 16 days from when all documents are received. This lack of clarity is frustrating.
I understand gambling operators need to complete verification checks, but customers should not be left waiting weeks after supplying all requested information. My concern is not the checks themselves, but the long delay and uncertainty around accessing my own funds.
I hope MrQ improves its withdrawal process and gives customers clearer communication and realistic timeframes. I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be completed.

Where's the tick box for zero stars? Terrible site. You will be given a few wins to start with, then forget it, your winning days will be over. I asked why on the daily reward for uvq penalties through the whole promo (over a month) I didn't receive one winning symbol. They told me the wins were personalised??? I always thought wins were random ? There were also 2 other promises ruining for world cup. Again nothing at all. All you will do after a few weeks is deposit deposit deposit. Don't waste your money. The site needs looking into .

You didn't send me anything about verification only confirmation about my withdrawas and promotions. Also on my app you didn't mention anything about verification because I done it when I opened account with you and you approved. Now you asked me after years for documents so I send it on app also on email and on live chat. I got messages on app that my documents was successful verified and there is no more need for any action from me. But is still blocked and u did go through again and again and again and again. So bad customer service and communication. If you ever need help to fix your account they will keep saying the team will contact you in few days LOL I'm not gonna use this app anymore because I realised that they can take your money by blocking your account and keep saying u need to send documents.

Dangerously irresponsible operator. Targets youth and ghosts when caught.
Do not trust MrQ. They completely violate their regulatory duties and ignore their own stated policies. My experience involves a vulnerable 18-to-19-year-old on a 24-hour National Minimum Wage retail contract. He earns roughly £1,000 a month. MrQ arbitrarily reviewed his account and set a staggering £2,500 monthly deposit limit without requesting a single Source of Funds (SOF) check or verification document. They allowed a teenager to deposit a gross total of over £17,000 over 17 months. Their system explicitly flagged him as a high-risk gambler in distress 17 separate times by issuing safer gambling pop-ups. Yet, they refused to perform any manual intervention or affordability check. They simply sat back and collected his minimum-wage earnings. The moment a formal complaint was logged regarding this systemic failure, they panicked. Within 60 minutes, they issued an immediate 5-year account ban to cover their tracks. Since then, it has been total corporate stonewalling. They have completely ignored six consecutive follow-up emails. They have breached their own public Terms & Conditions policy, which mandates a Stage 1 resolution within 14 working days. They refuse to issue a deadlock letter or engage in dispute resolution. A formal report has already been logged with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). If they fail to comply with the statutory GDPR Subject Access Request (SAR) deadline on August 1st, an immediate escalation to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) will follow. They do not care about player safety, they do not care about the law, and they do not care about their own public policies. AVOID!!

UPDATE: 1:58 PM Deadlock Deadline Approaching 🚨This review has only been live since 6:15 PM last night and is already gaining steady traction and immediate community agreement via "useful" votes .MrQ’s team is actively online right now. I have documented clear, timestamped proof that they responded to multiple reviews posted around mine while willfully ignoring my specific dispute. This selective avoidance proves their radio silence is a deliberate choice, not an administrative delay .Current Status:1:58 PM Deadline: Their 48-hour window to issue a formal update or a Deadlock Letter closes at exactly 1:58 PM today. As IBAS does not deal with my related issue an Imminent Legal Step: If the 1:58 PM deadline passes with no response, I will immediately deem this matter deadlocked due to operator non-cooperation. I will be serving a formal Letter Before Action directly to their compliance and legal department. Breach of Contract: The impending lawsuit will be brought strictly for Breach of Contract for violating the binding terms of service regarding account management, customer protections, and operational transparency. Regulator Action Taken: A formal report regarding their systemic failures to follow complaint timescales—and their severe shortcomings in upholding safer gambling codes—has already been officially submitted to the UK Gambling Commission. I am updating this to show potential customers how MrQ treats players when serious safer gambling issues are raised. The ball is in your court until 1:58 PM, MrQ. Issue my Deadlock Letter.
The Undeniable Timeline of Evasion: July 1st: Frontline staff officially escalated my formal safer gambling complaint, triggering their internal policy. July 3rd: Representative Hugh emailed a "7-day goal" but acknowledged their official 14-working-day Stage 1 deadline. July 21st (Yesterday): That contractually binding 14-working-day deadline officially expired in total silence. MrQ is now in active breach of its own public policies.3 Weeks / 6 Ignored Emails: Over the last 21 days, I sent Hugh six consecutive follow-up emails requesting a basic update or a formal escalation. Every single one was completely ghosted. As i expect todays deadline will also be. Predictably, MrQ let the 1:58 PM deadline pass in total, absolute silence. No update, no explanation, and no Deadlock Letter. Their radio silence is a deliberate strategy to stonewall a serious safer gambling complaint. Because standard ADR providers do not arbitrate social responsibility or affordability failures, my only path to financial justice is through the UK courts. Consequently, a formal Letter Before Action (LBA) has now been officially served to MrQ’s legal and compliance departments, initiating the pre-action protocol for a lawsuit based on Breach of Contract. They chose to ignore their contractually binding 14-working-day complaint policy, and they chose to ghost six consecutive emails. Now, they will have to answer to the court.
