Made a withdrawal 15 days ago. Sent all documents and they all say approved / successful. They asked me questions about my bank and I answered. They have now gone silent and have not sent me my £125. Disgraceful customer service

The keno bonus you never own even after you do everything in the promotion you never own no bonuses all you can do is play them out even if you win off a bonus you can never ever withdraw the money faults advertising. I had a game this afternoon deposit $100 got the $100 bonus and I played over $200 and won $114 went to withdraw all I could withdraw was $14 and because it was under $20 I couldn't withdraw nothing and the $100 I won of the bonus I can't touch it so the bonuses you advertised is faults advertisement and it's happened a few times I have taken screen shots and I go might go and see someone in government to do something about it
