Terrible experience. Our food had been sitting ready for over 10 minutes before they managed to serve it. By the time we finally got it, the food was cold and the drinks were warm. Very disappointing.

Ordered via the app - said 5 mins. Waited 30+ before it was marked as ready in the app, then another 15 before it was actually ready. Burgers sat in the bag for at least 10 mins before the rest of our order was completed and given to us so the burgers were cold when we got them. When I complained and said they shouldn’t mark the order as done if it’s not, the staff just said “it’s too stressful” and took off. I’ve had good experiences at mister York but if this is the experience when it’s bad, it’s questionable if it’s worth it

We just finished eating at Mister York in Ystad. Our burgers were heavily overcooked and dry. Fries were not seasoned, and dull tasting. The Katchup tasted strange. Definitely not Heinz. Very disappointed, because we looked forward to this.

45 mins waiting for 5 regular cheese hamburgers! When we got the bag, it seemed small, so we checked it and we only had 2 hamburgers out of the 5!!! We told the staff, and they said, “Oh, it’s going to take a lot of time, we’ll call you.” What??? After 45 minutes??? And we need to wait extra???

When we finally got our hamburgers and we opened them at home, they had soooo little meat! Just a tiny bit, like a splash!

This place is a nightmare! And very expensive!

Awful food. Service staff clueless. How this place is expanding is just awful for the food industry. They deserve no stars and have obviously just lived of the marketing and young kids. Management needs a serious overhaul and rethink!

Bra mat, bra service

Burned meat inside, half meat in a burger, small portions, like come on, it’s not nuclear science. It really isn’t hard to properly make smash burger meat, seriously. Have some standards and respect for the customers. Good luck competing with Max or any other chain, lmao

They forgot half of our stuff. The trash bins are completely full and it’s just disgusting! The food is cold and the machines are not working on our receipt there was not text it was completely blank. This is really a beginner place and a scam!

Worst burgers ever tasted. They missed to put bacon on my burger, burnt my wifes burger, forgot about our truffle dip. Very dry burgers and non existent cheese. Stay away from this place.

Management team sucks and communication is horrible. Worked there for 3 months and got fired with 4 other people because "they couldnt keep us". Reapplied later on for a 50% position back in august and havent got a single email back, not even a decline that i didnt get the job. Called the manager where i worked at multiple times for an update but didnt reach back to me, even answered and hung up on me once.

The most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in my life.... I've eaten nearly the half of it and I had the whole day burning in my throat....never again

First of all we got a Thumbtack in one of our burgers... I ordered a dubbel California burger with extra meat and one dubbel cheese, only got two patty's on the Caliburger, and almost no cheese on the cheeseburger ...The Burgers are very very small..The restaurant is a mess pure kaos...
