Beware of this company. I ordered a book on 8-18. Received tracking that it shipped on 8-24. When I hit tracking link, it says UPS waiting on package. I have emailed customer service with my order number, receipt number multiple times asking if my book shipped? I get the same template reply as the gal on another review.

Book looks great! Quality is superb!!!
Delivery time was good.
Only thing a little disappointing is that the cartoon image of our 4yr grandson looks a little too baby-ish. But overall, will definitely be buying more books for our other grandchildren at some point.

I ordered a book over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received it or confirmation it has been shipped. Order form had a delivery address & billing address. When I received order confirmation it incorrectly listed the billing address as the shipping address.
When I requested they correct I received an email that they wouldn’t change delivery address ( even though their mistake !) There is no phone number for customer service.
I only receive this automated response to my inquiry on order status.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes which is the billing address.
Very disappointing customer service
and I wonder if I was scammed $55!

Website is simple and easy to use, the books are beautiful and my grandchildren love them. They actually have picked out more for Christmas

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT trust this company, they are blatantly a scam, the books provided bear no resemblance to your loved one and they DO NOT honour their refund policy nor will PayPal assist you to get your money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND- Buyer beware

Many of the negative reviews I've read are accurate. There IS a tricky link that signs you up for a monthly "subscription" that charges you $34.99/month PLUS an international fee. Contact with their "Customer Service" via email has so far been ignored. I did find a link to cancel the subscription but I don't have any faith they will refund the $35+ that has already been charged. As for the books, the likeness and quality are great and the grandson loves both the books and delivery was about 1 week, so I might be a return customer except for their questionable marketing that seems to "trick" even more money from customers. Without trust, this company falls from 5 Stars to 1 Star. There are other companies in the USA I can, and should, go to for a comparable product.

I had high hopes but unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. Purchased a personalised book for my son’s 4th birthday. The preview prior to purchase showed a lovely image of my son. What I received was completely different and looked nothing like my son. When I complained to support I was fobbed off and told “Minor variations are unfortunately normal due to production – the appearance can vary slightly depending on the page and illustration. This isn't a printing error, but a technical characteristic of our production process.” Then offered me a €10 voucher towards next purchase. Awful. I feel conned.

The books are wonderful. Our Grandsons image came out perfect. He is going to love his adventures. His birthday is in September, so I will be shipping them to him in a couple of weeks

I was surprised by frame size picture that was included. I will put it in a picture frame. He’s parents will love it

I was pleasantly surprised by the book, as I had no idea what to expect. The pictures were excellent, and I was amazed by the number of pages. The story was great! The book arrived in a short amount of time and in perfect condition. Can’t wait to give it as a gift!

First book was ok but the cover was cut off. They replaced it but made my nephew look totally different than the first book.

The books are just beautiful! My grandchildren love them so much! Great and efficient service and easy to follow instructions for an oldie like me!!!

It was easy to create the book. Find a suitable story, add a photo, describe the child.....thats all.
Finally you get a great book. I can't tell anything about the reaction of my granddaughter because she'll get it for her start at school.But I'm sure she'll like it
