Ordered over a week ago and it's still not been shipped according to the website.

Emailed them to get tracking information and have received no reply

WRONG ORDER - PLEASE REPLY UK #28463
I have ordered from Minoxidil World a few times. However, my recent order (18/05/26) was wrong, and the product sent was half the value of what I ordered. I have emailed multiple times to get a partial refund or to have the correct product sent, and I am still without receiving a response or help with the issue. I will change this review if they respond to my email (WRONG ORDER - PLEASE REPLY)

Really disappointed TBH so I've been using this company for many years and it's always been reliable and fast with delivery but since the Kirkland no stock now issue it appears it's gone downhill I placed a order for the new minoxidil brand on June 28th I still haven't received my item as of July 16th I've only received one email reply to my query s and since then when trying to chase up will I be sent a replacement etc I've been ignored I don't want to go down the chargeback route but this is awful

Ordered a product on 22 June, Order #28833. Was supposed to be a 5 day delivery.
It is now 14 July, and I've had no response to my emails (1st was sent a week ago) requesting cancellation and a refund.
Very poor customer service, potentially a scam company.

I got as i expected it is good

Received the wrong product of course a cheaper one than what I had ordered not even the same brand, I emailed the support team as soon as it got delivered it states on their website “ We aim to respond to your queries within 1 working day.” it has been a month now and they still haven’t responded. I’m hoping they see this and get back to me but for now I would highly recommend not buying anything from them so far the service has been awful the package was also damaged so I don’t know if they were just trying to palm it off on someone and hope they’d just keep it but it’s not what I wanted and paid for so why should I have to.

Got wrong product, returned it and did not get the right one after, neither the money back.

No customer service phone number.

I placed an order on 18 May and never received my product. Shortly after ordering on a glitchy website, I noticed that the tracking information showed an incorrect delivery address, even though my confirmation email showed correct address, so I contacted the company immediately to have it corrected. Despite multiple emails over several weeks, I received no response whatsoever.

The lack of customer service has been the most frustrating part of this experience. Had the company responded and attempted to resolve the issue, this review may have been very different. Instead, I was left with no update on my order, no explanation, and no assistance.

I have now been forced to seek a refund through my bank due to the complete absence of communication.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

they took my money and ghosted me. do not use this company unless you want to loose your money and never hear back from anyone.

Very disappointed with the service. I received an incorrect order. I sent it back to them still waiting for my order to be delivered. Haven't heard from them if it was dispatched yet. Usually they are good but this time they didn't deliver good service still waiting for my correct order that I paid a month ago.

Order placed 23 May, almost ten days ago. No contact, six emails with no response and no update to my order status.

-edit (08/06/26) Despite the reply to this review, the merchant is still not responding to emails even though assuring they would do so. Within the next 24 hours the order will be cancelled and a chargeback initiated at the merchants expense.

Still no contact from merchant and a chargeback has been accepted by my bank but I don't have my money back just yet. If anyone is reading this and considering this company, please go to "Hair Repair Clinic" instead. I received my product within three days of placing my order while this company hasn't even acknowledged me after almost a month. Likely a scam.

They never send me my order. And no one's replying on Email. Order no 28504

Quick delivery service at a reasonable price

I bought these minoxidils for six months supply as it’s been recommended from whom i had my hair transplant. After been used for 2 months i have realised that it’s not making me any difference.

Then after i started having redness and itching on my head. Then i use another brand new bottle but i had same issue with that. Then i stopped using for few months and started using again after few months but still again same issue.

I contacted customer service but they didn’t answer to my query at all. Few years ago I used a different brand for few years and it really worked very well. This product was recommended by the company where i had my hair transplant but it didn’t work well. I highly recommend to not buy these products but if you really wanna try then just get one month supply and see the results.
