**SCAM** DO NOT ORDER!!!!
Order placed 14/10/22, still not received.
Got a “tracking number” after complaining on 16/11/22 & shock horror I still haven’t received my order.
Luckily my order was only £10!
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Warning - Purchased a mystery box (rubbish)
Purchased a mystery box, cost £20 inc deliver - a total waste of £20, received a small box of rubbish. Beware, Don’t waste your money.
Mighty Deals haven't dispatched goods ordered nor informed me of order's progress!
I ordered a 12-compartment shoe storage bag and 2 packs of clothing storage bags on the 4th November, but neither have materialised, nor have I had any correspondence since I made my order. I'm inclined to conclude that Mighty Deals is not a bona fide company, but a scam to extract money from "customers" without having any intention of dispatching the goods ordered 😡
TO ALL WHO READ THIS: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MIGHTY DEALS OR WHATEVER THEY CALL THEMSELVES THESE DAYS! THE MONEY I SPENT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER SPENT ON A CHARITY RATHER THAN FILL THE POCKETS OF MR/MS SCAM!
Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. Did a mystery box and got nothing that was listed as items to obtain. Only good thing I could say was fast delivery but the I could have bought the items I got for less.
Very hit and miss.
I thought I had worked out how to deal with Mighty Deals. Firstly, always check other sources for price before believing their discount claim (sometimes the prices through other channels is actually much cheaper!). However, I have bought a few things, have waited the expected 2 weeks for arrival from China, and been very pleased with the product. My most recent experience has destroyed my trust completely. Having been delighted with an Acer Chromeook, bought for £70 for my son, I ordered a MAC book 2 for £150 for my daughter. I got sent an ancient, broken, MACbook 2 with dents and scratches and a keyboard that didn't work. Even if I manage to get a refund from the vendor, I am out over £20 on delivery and return costs. Exageration I can deal with. Outright lying about what is for sale I can't. Be aware that using this company is a bit like putting money in a slot machine. You might win...
Complete rip off
Complete rip off. Selling obsolete IPAD 2 which cannot be upgraded. Their ad states you can upgrade via a micro sd card. No ipads have this facilty. none of the apps can be upgraded. so at best it is an expensive ereader. Customer service non exixtant. They refuse to except that they are liable under the COnsumer Rights Act trying to palm people off with the merchant. TIme these people were brought to book. now part of Discount Experts

I'm reporting this company to the trading standards team plus any company that only uses a po box number is definitely not a good company to deal with as it shows they don't want to deal with complaints..
No email also in this digital age shows again a big red flag
I will be taking legal action to recover our money as they do absolutely nothing to address there screw up but happy to take your money... Rip off company stay well clear
Thank you Trust Pilot
Thank you Trust Pilot . Without the reviews i came really close to buying a bed from Mighty deals. The bed was priced very cheap , but before buying i looked at the reviews and won't be ordering from them . Thank god for trust pilot is all i can say . Going by the reviews i am better of paying a bit more and buying from a reputable retailer .

Glad I looked on here before being conned as I initially thought it was too good to be true so listen to your gut. There are everywhere people out to scam you just be aware when it comes to your money because someone else also wants it.

I’d give this bunch scammers no stars if possible.
My original order never arrived, I was given a refund voucher to buy replacement good, it never arrived either! I was given yet another voucher but I told them I didn't want to deal with them again as goods never turn up, that I wanted a refund to my credit card. Still arguing with them as they keep saying I can only have a voucher for other goods. ! It’s been over 4 months now and I still haven’t got this sorted - I AM NOT LETTING THEM AWAY WITH THIS
I repeatedly asked this company for their head Head Office address which Was ignored. After contacting Resolver, have finally been forwarded the Company’s address to send a direct complaint in writing. I did this yesterday and sent by recorded delivery. ????

good job i checked trust pilot 1st before falling for scam. this year all bad reviews last 5 star review was back in 2019 to me that says something definitely wrong with company. will wait to see if a load of 5 star reviews suddenly start appearing
an appalling company don’t buy from…
an appalling company don’t buy from them . i bought sliders they arrived late and wrong size. i was told id have to pay return postage despite it being their mistake. they could not provide proof it was my mistake and dragged out my complaints then said as it was over 14days it wad too late for a refund Typical business practices of Chinese firms despicable. practices.
Complete bunch of crooks, do not buy from them.
I placed an order and then got a separate link to pay extra for delivery. This is a deliberate ploy to make one think the item’s overall cost is less than it really is. Same item on eBay a lot cheaper I’ve discovered. Anyway, I didn’t redeem the voucher and immediately requested the order be cancelled. I got a reply saying the voucher was redeemed so the merchant had to confirm the item hadn’t been sent out! I got a further email showing the merchants response to the cancellation was that they had not yet received the order. I expected the order to be cancelled but the item turned up a few days later, with no return address and the voucher is mysteriously showing as redeemed. Their customer services agent is either really dim or part of the organisation’s deliberate policy of misleading customers.
What a scam !
What a scam !! The postage is expensive unless you make a claim on your second purchase !!!!! Then to make the claim you need purchase proof which is easy but !! The invoice is so long you can’t take a photo of it ….. it’s all too much fuss
