The drinking fountain is very beautiful. Although my cat doesn't use it, it's a very nice piece to complement my decor.
The water is quite loud when it splashes, but I have the fountain on the terrace, so it doesn't bother me, Whether I will use it inside in winter, I don't know yet.
Another tip for those who use hard water - it's best not to order the black fountain, as limescale stains form quite quickly and removing them is a lengthy process (at least for me). A lighter color would probably help...

Terrible. Do not purchase anything from this site. They do not respect any regulations nor their own promises and guarantees. Theh provide a defect product and refuse to accept the return claim, instead ask you for very unreasonable stuff. The worst experience ever.

I’m very happy with the Miaustore cat fountain – and, more importantly, so are my cats. They took to it very quickly and use it regularly.

What I particularly like is the filter-free design. No constantly buying replacement filters, no wondering whether it is time to change one again, and no unnecessary ongoing costs or waste. In my opinion, that is exactly how a cat fountain should work.

Based on my experience so far, I can definitely recommend it. My cats enjoy drinking from it – and as every cat owner knows, if the cats approve, the humans have done their job.

The delivery went great, but the product isn’t what I was hoping for. The colours are very different. Despite that ceramics are usual very apart and distinct, this seems too much for me. Also there is some dirt in it. The quality of the bowls and fountain looks good.

We are highly satisfied with quality of product, speed of delivery and communication with the seller. We definitely recommend this product.

I'd written to Client Services because we were in a rush to obtain the fountain. I got a quick, empathetic and precise response and received the fountain shortly thereafter.
The object in itself is alluring. It adds to the house deco which I'm demanding with.
Oh and one can actually fiddle with the disposition. I'm delighted :))

My cats absolutely love this water fountain! They used to wait by the bathroom or kitchen sink for someone to turn on the faucet. Now they head straight to the fountain instead. It’s definitely their favorite place to drink.

The motor of my new fountain is not working correctly. It works only few hours and then it stops.

Ordered. Paid. No email, payment confirmation, or information on when it will be delivered. The goods are perfect, but the communication with the customer is dismal! No response to my order, I note the paid order... Why???

I have to apologize to miaustore.com for the original bad review. The mistake was not on their side, but on the Czech Post side, because the sender and the weight of the shipment were not listed on the invitation to pick up the shipment. I mistakenly considered the shipment to be a “brushing scam” and threw away the invitation to pick up the shipment. After the subsequent email communication with miaustore.com customer service, which was very fast by the way, they informed me that the shipment of spare parts was sent from the Netherlands. However, the payment went to Spain, which confused me. So thank you for the quick processing and subsequent additional information and I am editing the miaustore.com rating😉I recommend that the e-shop improve informing the customer when sending shipments, at least by email that the shipment has taken place. Once again, I apologize to miaustore.com and thank you for the quick delivery of spare parts. Best regards, Tom Ulrich

Fast Delivery once Product is made, wich didn't take long.
We had some problems with DHL.
The where saying adress couldn't be found, so package is back to return.
Got in contact with Miaustore
And problem got solved directly easy & quick.
Our Cat drank Minutes later we had set the fountain up.
