Terrible. Do not purchase anything from this site. They do not respect any regulations nor their own promises and guarantees. Theh provide a defect product and refuse to accept the return claim, instead ask you for very unreasonable stuff. The worst experience ever.

Big Liars.....
Now they write back on trust pilot that "dear customer, you can contact us" or "we will contact you". It is all a lie, they never contact you and you don't get any reply back. I have evidence that the Swedish Reklamationsnämnden tried to get hold of them several times with no success as well, I am more than happy to publish it if produceshop does not contact me themselves.
And they wait for a year to answer you here on trust pilot just so you cannot put in the real date of experience...

VARNING BEDRÄGERI!
Vi köpte en säng för 10 dagar sen, skulle ha kommit mellan 1-3 dagar. Ingen kundtjänst tillgänglig, vi vet inte var varan är och vi har inte fått tillbaka pengarna., Nästa steg polisanmälan och konsumentverket.

We placed an order for a bed 10 days ago and did not recieve it although the purchasing agreement states between 1-3 workdays.
There is no way to contact the customer service, we cannot really trace where the order is and by now it seems like a complete fraud.
In case we dont recieve the order in 48 hours norn our refund, we will have to raise a law suit.
So many years of purchasing online, this is the only bad experience we have had an dthat has been with Produceshop. Do not purchase from this shop, you will not get your product, no customer service available and a complete fraud!
