I am always wary of purchasing from a brand of clothing that I have not seen in in person. I took a chance and was not disappointed! Lovely dress, great quality and value. Shipped quickly...I couldn't have expected more. Will purchase from Me + Em again.

Good to now have a local shop. Have been in a few times. Like that no clutter in store as only one item of each item on display and they get what you would like to try on.
Clothes are of high quality . On the down side for me the regular length is far to long so have to look for styles that are available in short even then I would not be able to wear with flats.
I have purchased a pair of trousers and matching blazer in the store near us. Previously I have purchased other items when in London.
The website is easy to navigate and they have a sale section for previous seasons.

I love Me+Em and have been buying their clothes for years. Their quality remains consistently high and they haven't removed design features (such as pockets, flattering pocket placement and good quality crease resistant fabrics that hang well and wash well) that make them so practical. Constructive criticism? - the return and refunds process seems to have slowed down. Also, sometimes they hit on a really special item and it sells out SO fast and yet they don't seem to replace it next season with something similar - missed opportunity I think. Finally - more pink please!

Incredible quality. Investment pieces that really do last. I appreciate the ‘try before you buy’ option as some styles fit better than others.

I love ME + EM clothing! Consistently high quality, luxury fabrics, excellent fit. Truly investment pieces, along with excellent customer service. If I have any quibble, it's that they don't offer every style in the largest size, and the size range is inconsistent among dresses, preventing me from purchasing as many styles as I otherwise would.

I just Love the Me+Em style. It’s so distinctive. Beautiful, well made clothes with great attention to detail. They can be pricey, so they are a ‘thoughtful purchase’. The clothes are consistently true to size, which is a joy. I recently tried the Harper service which was fabulous. Especially as I don’t live near a store. Their customer service has always been very helpful, although refunds have proven to be slow.
Customer reviews would be very helpful.

I visited the ME+EM store for the first in May while holidays in London. I loved the items I purchased then and the ones since online. The fabrics they use are beautiful quality and feel lovely when I wear the outfit.

I have purchased several items from ME + EM and the quality has been excellent on all purchases. The delivery is fast, packages are beautifully presented and love all the unique designs!

This is now my go to online clothing company. The tailoring is exceptional, attention to detail unrivalled for the price, colour palettes are stunning and fabrics are very good. When something fits it looks tremendous.
The delivery is usually very good (although my experience last week was very disappointing).
However, there is always room for improvement. I am surprised that despite being a regular customer I have never been offered a discount or any loyalty programme and am still charged for delivery costs on large orders.
Also, being only 5'4" so many of your items are simply too long or have too much volume and I end up being swamped. Your models are over 5'10" and this really does not reflect the average height of women in the UK. Please make more midi length dresses and skirts and offer 2 lengths of trousers as I can only buy cropped trousers that are almost full length on me. Sometimes a skirt/dress that is maxi length cannot be shortened due to its style so I often have to dismiss items. Please make a denim A line button front midi skirt that does not have a huge slit in the front, or a fit and flare, it really would make my day!
For online companies it is essential that sizing is consistent and this is not the case here. I ordered 2 of your cropped straight jeans in a size 27 last week, one fitted beautifully but the other colour came up huge(despite the online advice saying that it fits small). Also, I always wear your size 10 jackets but last week's purchase again came up very small. Consistency saves all of us extra postage costs and means that MeandEm can make more sales.
Finally, thank you for creating a better range of blouses recently, less frills and more style! I would also love to see more layering tops as being petite, they are less bulky and are easier to tuck in.

The blouse I bought was just exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly - it's really lovely. It arrived on time and in excellent condition.

I already loved the clothes before visiting the store, but the staff made it a great experience. Specifically they were comfortable to advise different styles from the selection I had made, which meant I ended up with clothes that suited me better.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt my favourite clothing brand. Feel put together, on trend and contemporary without looking like mutton dressed up as lamb.

Great quality products and quick delivery. I’m in between sizes, so grateful for the actual garment measurements, however customer reviews would also be helpful too. Most trousers are too long for me at 5ft 4”, just wish more shorter length could be available. Sure others must feel the same, the average British women, is not tall with a model figure.

Paid for 4-5 day shipping and took 13 day, 9 business days. Really needed the pieces otherwise I would not have paid for the quicker service!

They know what I like and alongside my favourite colours and style pallet.
Also they give guidance on fit and style.

I enjoy seeing the new and developing style changes. They evolve and fit naturally into my existing wardrobe.

They are understated but stylish and modern without being overly trendy.
As an older customer they fit my wardrobe style and lifestyle.

I love ME&EM clothing as the quality and fit are always excellent. Everything I have purchased has been well made and fashionable but not so much that it would go out of style very quickly. I would describe ME&EM as classics with a ‘twist’. Whenever I wear a piece I am always unfailingly complimented. I have found the Harper service (try before you buy in your own home) excellent and would highly recommend this to anyone if they are thinking about a more expensive outlay than usual. Having said that I always wait for the sale before committing to a purchase.

Arrived very quickly. Garments are well made &wear well. I'm tall & they are a very good length except for short dresses.
