Delivery is catastrophic

I cant give more stars at the moment. So disappointed. The delivery is so bad. The driver called today and said he is coming, we prepared and he never show up, we called him back, he said he COULDN'T FIND THE ADRESSE. SERIOUSLY!! He can not follow google maps correctly. I had to call two delivery companies in germany to investigate, they are trying to help but they cant do anything. The driver doesn't pick up anymore. Now we have to wait 5 days to hope we get it this time. This is so disappointing.
