Stay away from this website it's an absolute scam!
I ordered a sofa for over 550 Euros + extra cost of 60 euros for delivery to my home on 2nd floor. After waiting for almost 4 weeks when the sofa arrived and I finally used it, the cushion started sagging already due to poor quality of the sofa. Upon exercising my gurantee / right to return the customer service just asked me to pay 90 euros for return label + pack the sofa in its original packaging ready for collection. Imagine, you keeping the packaging for the sofa for more than 4 weeks in the house. Needless to say I will be reporting this website to the consumer bureau because they have already been flagged as a scam. Please be aware and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Terrible experience - I would avoid buying from Kaiser Mobel. Their communication is terrible. I am still waiting for a couch after more than a month. They don’t take any responsibility and keep blaming it on a courier which doesn’t exist. I’ve had a terrible experience and do wonder if the entire set up is a scam. Do not buy from them.
Absolute scammers. I ordered a sofa with 3-week delivery timeline. I saw the bad reviews mentioning late delivery and thought that I’ll risk it. Shouldn’t have done that. After 4 and 5 weeks I reached out to ask about the status of the sofa. No response. After 6 weeks they CANCELLED THE ORDER with no explanation given. Steer away from these losers.
Broken couch and missing refund.
We ordered a couch, got it delivered, and it was broken. We tried to fix it but weren't able to. Had to send it back (2 months ago), and we're now still waiting for the refund. Nobody is reacting to our mails or phone calls. I thought this was a serious company, but it seems like a scam.
