I ordered an MSI Titan 18 HX A2XWIG-439IT. The communication and order fulfillment itself went very well. The product description and delivery were also it should be. The only thing was that the delivery time was a bit longer, probably due to shipping to another country. So far, I am very satisfied with the laptop and the attitude and communication during the order fulfillment. Thank you and best regards
I waited 7 days for order to be shipped, and on the 7th day only to find out that they had issue with the supplier, so I got nothing

Tale limitazione ha comportato il blocco dei fondi e l’impossibilità tecnica di procedere con pagamenti ai fornitori o prelievi, rendendo di fatto non evadibili gli ordini pagati con questo metodo.
Proprio per tutelare il cliente nel modo più rapido e trasparente possibile, abbiamo indicato l’apertura di un reclamo PayPal, che è l’unico strumento che consente lo sblocco della pratica e il rimborso diretto e garantito da PayPal stessa. In nessun momento Le è stato chiesto di rinunciare ai Suoi diritti o di accettare soluzioni penalizzanti.
Comprendiamo che l’esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente e ce ne scusiamo sinceramente, ma respingiamo con fermezza qualsiasi riferimento a comportamenti scorretti: tutti i clienti coinvolti hanno ricevuto o stanno ricevendo il rimborso tramite PayPal, secondo le tempistiche previste dal circuito.

This was one those risky decisions that turned out to be good. For the price they offered I thought the phones were not original or something, but everything was validated with Samsung. The only thing is don't expect speedy or even the 10 working days delivery. If delivery time is not an issue for you, I definitely recommend.

The shipment was delayed for over 28 days and I orderderd the version of poco f7 ultra the one wich come with the charger I paid about 574 euro but they sent me just the version without charger.

Actually everything was ok, except for shipping.
30 € shipping from Italy to Austria for a cell phone feels quite expensive.
But most of them bothered me the time from order to shipping.
Almost 2 weeks until it was shipped are clearly too long.
As soon as it was in shipping, it has also arrived after a few days.
The original box of the cell phone was put into a larger box but unfortunately without filling material so that it mashed around in the box and damaged the original box of the cell phone.
However, the device was not damaged thanks to the original box
If they improved the shipping, I can actually recommend the shop.

A rather strange company, in that they seem unaware of what they are doing. Now with dubious policy regarding the right of withdrawal. Customers ought to be aware that they are dealing with a drop-shipping outfit rather than official distributers.

Unfortunately laptop failed on first start up. Market2go stepped in, organised collection and delivery of the laptop to manufacture, was chasing them regularly. Eventually manufacture confirmed laptop unrepairable and refund has been issued. Market2go offered a replacement model or refund. I would like to point a perfect communication, prompt responds to my emails. Market2go is safe and reliable place for shopping.
