A total disaster. Impossible to make a return for a damaged article
A total disaster. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK It's been a month and after more than 20 emails back and forth, I still do not have a working lamp, nor my money back. For one month I have been trying to return a lamp because when I opened It I found It was not a brand new lamp, It was scratched and It had been assembled and poorly disassembled before. I asked for a return. The couriers have not come on any if the scheduled afternoons we had agreed for collection (i stayed teo whole afternoons stuck at home waiting for them, they did not show up and they did not try to contact me either to let me know they had decided to not come) They say they have come to my place a couple of mornings without prenotice, and when there is no one home because we are at work, they "close the episode" and I have to claim It back. Apparently, the courier does not want to agree a collection date to my apartment. Pavanes customer service phoned me to say that they could not make the courier do his job, thst they are not reliable, not serious about their work and that they lie about collection attempts and me being or not being home, despite the customer services' efforts. After one month and more that 20 emails back and forth, Maison Pavanes customer center has said that they cannot make the courier do their job, that they're reckless, therefore thry have sent me a return label and they're asking me to bring the parcel MYSELF which IS Big and heavy, to the couriers agecy. I do not own a car. I would have to rent a van to fit It. They're trying to make me fix their problem, their inability to complete a return, for a damaged item. This is an unnaceptable service. If they hire the services of a couriers agecy and they do not do it, honestly It IS their problem, not mine.

Lamentamos sinceramente que este proceso de devolución se haya prolongado y comprendemos plenamente las molestias y la frustración que esta situación le ha causado.
Aunque la modalidad de devolución prevista para este producto es la entrega en un punto ParcelShop, aceptamos organizar de forma excepcional una recogida a domicilio para ofrecerle una solución más cómoda.
Desafortunadamente, la coordinación con el transportista se ha visto dificultada por las franjas de disponibilidad reducidas. Los repartidores organizan sus rutas a lo largo de toda la jornada y, por lo general, no pueden garantizar una hora exacta de recogida.
Con el objetivo de facilitarle el proceso, le hemos propuesto distintas alternativas: que una persona de confianza pueda entregar el paquete en su nombre, organizar la recogida en otra dirección con mayor disponibilidad o facilitarle una etiqueta para que pueda depositar la lámpara en un punto GLS en el momento que mejor se adapte a sus horarios.
Seguimos a su disposición para organizar una nueva recogida domiciliaria, siempre que podamos contar con una franja de disponibilidad más amplia. Nuestro objetivo es resolver esta situación cuanto antes y proceder al reembolso en cuanto el paquete haya sido recogido y registrado por el transportista.
Le agradecemos su paciencia y lamentamos nuevamente las molestias ocasionadas.

The experience of buying at Maison Pavane turned out to be extremely negative. The order was not delivered due to the fault of their logistics service. There were no notifications or normal delivery. As a result, the goods went back to the warehouse. Instead of sorting out the situation and refunding the full price, the store withheld a fine from me for return transportation. In fact, I paid money for the air and other people's mistakes. The behavior of the support service and the postal service suggests a coordinated scheme for siphoning money for "refunds." No goods, no money. Think twice before ordering anything here.

Unfortunately, the customer service continues to disappoint
After posting my first review, I was contacted by the company in an attempt to resolve the issue with the defective product. However, despite their initial promises, I have not received any responses to my recent emails. It's frustrating to be in this situation, especially after purchasing a brand-new table.
Additionally, I noticed that they contacted me using two different email addresses: one from gmail.com and another from rdvdeco.com, which may have caused communication issues. I've done my best to resolve the matter, but so far, I haven't received any concrete feedback.
I regret having to leave another negative review, but I hope the customer service will take this situation seriously.
Update: After further communication with customer service we understood there was a technical problems with emails not being received, and we reached an agreement on a partial refund.
