Fraudulent ongoing charges after cancellation
I purchased a 1 month subscription. The subconscious programs were fine but repetitive. I canceled after the second month and assumed it was a done deal. I have just now discovered I have been being billed monthly since March after I canceled. I had closed my account and uninstalled the app and now I can not even sign in to the account as both the reinstalled app is not working AND whe I go to the website portal to sign in it says that no such email is associated with the account! Absolutely scammy! I have had to place a block on this company for future charges with my credit issuer with no guarantee that I will not be billed for future charges. I have contacted the company by email (which they do not even include transparently on their website or in the app) amd have gotten no response yet. I am truly upset by this business and their dealings.

The big let down!
This was great at the beginning, but after the 42nd session it just stopped adding session. However they started to charge my card monthly and you didn't receive anything else. So I had to cancel. i was very disappointed in this app!

Be very careful when signing up for a trial or subscription. While the content itself is okay, the app makes it incredibly difficult to cancel. I was continuously charged without being able to manage my subscription inside the app. Customer service was also unresponsive when I requested a refund. 1/5 stars

The app is decent for relaxation and getting to sleep. Seems like I fell asleep before the meditation was finished. But the challenging part is there is no way to cancel in the app. No instrucitons of where to go or how to achieve this. And I was surpised into getting the app for $47 then again with the second payment, $40. Not really worth it with the limited recordings that just repeat the same thing. NOt to mentin the false promise of wealth after the first night.

I found this app first class, although it hasn't brought great riches, I am much more positive and it also gives me a great, restful sleep. I cancelled and restarted, and although not intuitive to cancel, the company could not have been more helpful when I contacted them.

Incredible program
Incredible program! Voice and tempo are great, i usually fall asleep 3-4 min in (i know my subconscious mind still hears it till the end). It’s been really working, i feel the change in my daily life, im more present and more happy, and definitely calmer. I loved this app more than any other similar thing I’ve tried. Very easy to stick through as it’s at bedtime. My sleep was soo much better since I started (3 months now), deeper, more restorative, if any dreams - they’re very chill. I loved it and highly recommend it! I had to cancel subscription after 4 months (had some financial changes), and after sending an email on how to cancel subscription I have received an answer in literally few minutes that the subscription was canceled. Super easy and great customer service!

And it is extremely expensive for the exact same session night after night.
As well as the added stress of having to contact customer service to stop your membership, rather than being able to cancel directly from the App Store.

KURE offer/bundle glitched. MM's second voice/language better but no results.
Hello, #1 - I never received a response as to why the KURE app did not load. I see today that somehow it did. I did not use the app, please cancel this account and refund the charge. #2 The first voice/language was not natural. Was it AI? The second voice is much more natural but I'm not finding the app effective. I am deleting the app. Please honor your guarantee offer and refund both charges so that I can keep this review of three stars.
