Way too expensive compared to other options out there. Between the card fees, network costs, and the spread they bake into the exchange rate, you end up losing a significant chunk of your money. It's just not competitive anymore, especially for smaller purchases. They really need to lower their rates if they want to keep users

MoonPay is extremely frustrating
MoonPay is extremely frustrating. You send documents then after 3 days they have a problem and require 3 month bank statement the requested to re-submit but u can only do one page out of 6 and this means one cannot submit all pages. Worst their email comes as NO-REPLY so you cannot even email outstanding pages. Its literally impossible to win with them. I would not recommend some you cannot have easy access. Its weeks now I am battling with them
