Loan disbursed without my consent after a simulation on Fintonic
I used a loan comparison app (Fintonic) to simulate options. I never accepted any offer from MoneyMan. Days later, €300 appeared in my account with a contract I never signed, demanding €418.80 back. a TAE of 5,378%.
I immediately contested this by phone and email. Agents promised to send me the contract multiple times. Weeks later, still no contract. Meanwhile the debt has grown to €477.20 with €3.90 added every day.
I have since found at least a dozen identical cases on the OCU complaints platform. same amount (€300), same TAE, same pattern of unsolicited disbursement through loan comparators.
I have filed formal complaints with the Banco de España and the AEPD. I would strongly advise anyone who used a loan comparison app recently to check their bank account.

Their interest is quite high and they give false advertisements. They said you will have your first loan free of interest but it’s a hoax! They mislead people offering 0% on their first loan but it’s not true. This is a greedy company!! 300€ loan is 418€ payback amount in just 30 days! It’s truly insane! I would never recommend this to anyone! No normal person will borrow 300€ and return it 418+€!!

Me han aplicado una forma de proceder posiblemente fraudulenta. Te ingresan 300€ a la par que te envían un contrato inventado que nunca firmas ni has visto previamente. Dicen que has solicitado un crédito en un comparador u te insisten en que operes cosí fueras su cliente, para devolver un préstamo que no has pedido. Amenazan con crecida de intereses. No responden honestamente a correos. This enterprise is a scam, don’t believe in them. Be careful if you receive a mail from them, probably you’re under a fraudulent process.

Be careful with this company; they claim you automatically registered when that's not true. They try to get you to complete something you never even started. Even after you say that what they're claiming is a scam, they suggest you haven't completed a supposed registration. Be careful, they don't follow any rules of common sense. Personally, I think you should be very careful with their practices. It seems there's an Esther B who makes false claims. Our the contact that I received from Esther B is wrong. Be very careful with this company.

Be very careful with this company. The answer is always the same. I never registered or requested any loan. In fact, they don't even comply with any European law. And you can see from their answers that they are blatantly lying. This company cannot lend to non-Spanish citizens, yet they claim I have registered something. I am not a Spanish citizen, and the name they are using is incorrect. This company is not complying with anything and should apologize and delete my contact information, but they insist on a lie. Beware! In my opinion, companies like this should never exist.
