Only issue I believe that could be improved is having a wider range of options for the cup sizes (I believe them to be a bit small), and perhaps having a bit lower prices.

Good customer service and communication
The products received are great and the customer service excellent - very good communication. I had to mark down as i had a very difficult experience actually placing the order, the website could be better. All products arrived promptly in the Uk with a short turn around time so very happy.
