Very smooth transaction. Good communication throughout the process once a transporter was located. Driver communicated well and actually delivered my truck two days ahead of schedule and exactly on time as said . Truck arrived in excellent condition. Five stars.

They were nice and helpful. The price was good and the service was quick . Communication was lacking when there was a problem however it was taking care of the next day. Over all I would use them again.

This is the worst shipping broker I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using their service. Multiple missed pickups. Runaround from operators. Multiple unanswered phone calls and emails. Truck arrived 7 days late and cost more than $300 more than agreed upon.

I was told on Saturday they had a driver secured which was a lie but I singed on told me no later than Thursday finally slowed up Saturday driver refused to load because it was a f 250 not f150 which are identical size finally got it hauled at a price 300 $ higher than they quoted everytime u call they raise price and lie will tell every one who I can how sorry they are

The advertised cost of shipping for 1,160 miles was $.54 a mile. That was Washington state to California. The price they quoted to me was $930 and I said that was too much. It was lowered to $850. After that it was said to me that the route to Kansas wasn't a major route, so they charged me $1,060 which equals $.91 per mile. They increased the freight after I was already committed to the pickup & delivery and could not back out of it. The route was 80% interstate driving, so I know that it was a good route. It only took 2 to 3 days and the driver had a full route, which included 2 cars and several motorcycles. He stopped in Colorado, Kansas, Alabama and North Carolina. The motorcycle was delivered properly but they raised the rate two times throughout the process. This is way out of line to what they are advertising on the internet. The secondary man and the driver were very hard to communicate with because of their accent. I am not happy with what was charged to me, and I will not recommend their services to anyone else. This shows that they have very erratic freight rates and they don't follow their advertising promotions.

They were efficient and transported my son’s vehicle from Tampa to Washington State. Mind you this was the third company I reached out to and the only one to deliver before the expected date. Good work!!

When we decided to make the purchase of 3 motorcycles from Daytona Beach Harley we were provided your name from them for somebody that could deliver the bikes. Unless Bryan answered the phone, the other guy was not very helpful at all, even leaving my name and number never met with a return call from Bryan. When we scheduled the pickup we told Monarch we wanted to accept delivery on Tuesday Sept 1. When the driver went to pick up the bikes the best pickup time he could give was between 9am and 6pm? Thats a pretty big window. Somehow the driver was never given my contact name/number and kept calling my office extension about delivery and then called the seller to let them know when he would be delivering. When I wasn't calling him back he then called Berrien County 911 dispatch. I clearly set up the quote and contact information with my personal cell number and that was the one everyone should have been trying to contact me at. I specifically requested a Tuesday delivery as I was off on pass days on Sunday and Monday. Well, the driver delivered at 1pm on Monday when we asked for a Tuesday delivery. I had to come in on my day off, the department paid me 3 hours of call-in because the bikes were not delivered on the requested day. The driver did not speak any English so no communication was had to express our disappointment, in fact he didn't say one work other than "sign". I wish the communication between the driver to both the shipper and receiver would have been much better as it made the whole process go not very smooth.

Had to get my Bike shipped quickly due to another transport company's complete failure to get my bike shipped. Monarch Transport found a driver to ship my bike within days. Had the return trip scheduled also and got it back to me within a couple of days.

Marie was very helpful and responsive throughout this transaction. Their pricing was great!

Stay AWAY!!! I spent hours finding cross country transport for my car. Monarch was the lowest price and seemed very responsive. I signed up for transport and the day before the window of time I had elected for transport they called and asked if it was OK to raise the price by over $400!! I said NO and cancelled the contract!! They went on to charge me a cancellation fee!!

Worst service ever. They lost the key to my bike. No one answers or reply to text. I called, they leave me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up. DO NOT USE THEM. U HA E BEEN WARNED.

Your site says it takes 3-5 days from Iowa to Fl (by mileage). I stated the first date to pick up was wed 8/26. I had requested open transport (not tow).

A pickup came to get my camper to tow. I had stated I was traveling to FL on Friday so I would be there to pay cash.

The camper showed up Thursday at 7 pm 26-27 hours). The driver could not speak English. I was not there so they charged me an extra $2,000 to deliver Friday night at 10 am. I could not zelle due to bank security takes a day or two to make sure they are legit. They treated that they were going to send it back to Iowa and charge again. I absolutely hated my experience and feel scammed out of $2,000.

Contracted Monarch to pick up car and deliver on Monday 530pm. There was a problem with paperwork with carsavvy and the deal was canceled at 6 am on Tuesday. I emailed monarch at they canceled and confirmed but charged me 150 bucks when they didn’t even contact any drivers to pick up my car. I won’t use them ever and maybe I should be thankful it only costs me 150 bucks instead of the bai and switch people are complaining about In their own reviews of this company

No communication from Monarch staff or the driver. After waiting until 5PM the day it was to be delivered, I called monarch and was given the drivers number. The driver then reported the delivery would be the next day. It did arrive the next day with no explaination of the delay. Monarch also changed the pricing I was given. Originally I was quoted 765 after a 15% discount offered via text message. The price later rose to 1125. Monarch blamed it on high diesel prices, I think it was a blatant rip off that took advantage off my situation. I have a very ill father who needed to ship the bike by a certain date to go into acute care, thus I had to accept the outrageous pricing. If I could give zero stars I would and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not give your business to Monarch, buyer beware. I feel bad for the driver, he was a recent immigrant and seemed legit- hope he finds a better employer.

The agents were very polite and professional. She made me feel secure after being scammed by another company. They met all my expectations. Will book again.

The Items did arrive safely, but they were two days later than scheduled and I paid $1000 more than Monarch originally quoted. Beware, their agreement is not a contract for service, it is an estimate for service and their paperwork allows them to increase the price.

Monarch Transport Group initial booking personnel were very helpful and responsive. I signed an agreement with Monarch for $2250 to haul two snowmobiles from Michigan to California. What Monarch doesn't tell you is their agreement is an estimate of charges. They were supposed to call back within 5 days with a carrier, but they called back finally after 8 days to say they couldn't find a carrier for less than $3250. When I said I had an agreement for $1000 less they said no carrier was available for that price. I agreed, the carrier DRY RUN LLC called immediately and kept in touch during the transport process, but the driver was two days late and the trailer they were using should not have been on the road (bald tires, damage, lights not working, and Dry Run informed me they would not be using that driver in the future) I will not be using Monarch Transport Group in the future if I have items that need to be shipped.

The Monarch team was truly impressive. Great communication and timeliness. They made a rather stressful event go so smoothly. The price was fair especially considering the price of gas thanks to Trump.
The driver Android Tesla was so very helpful and kind. As I said, it was a stressful time for me and he kindly assured me and I felt so much relief.
