Terrible dress. Nothing like photo on advert. Poor design, poor quality, wrong sizing, unwearable. Website says 'Cambridge' but they're in China. It says 'hassle free' returns, which is why I bought it. Comm's poor. If you ask for a refund, they offer small % refund, credit against further 'purchases, and say you'll have to pay for tracked postage back to their fulfilment partner, which will be costly, take time and involve customs forms. They basically do everything they can to put you off, so please beware. I have 'been had'.

Order still not despatched - no response to emails - no answer on phone. Should have checked reviews first - really poor service

This company is sadly a scam company and I think needs to be reported for fraud. The clothes I ordered were completely different from the photo and description and very cheap and poorly made. The only way you can return items is to pay to return them to China which is extremely expensive and a lengthy process which I tried with a previous company unsuccessfully. I would definitely avoid buying from here as I can’t imagine other products will be any different. Very upsetting!

Firstly, the dresses on the website look nothing like what arrives.

The quality is shocking and when you write to arrange a return they ignore you. They did offer me a 10% refund and keep the item but you wouldn’t want to keep it.

You can have a 60% discount off another item which I stupidly did but it was also in terrible condition and looks nothing like what I ordered.

They don’t offer returns because they don’t want there terrible items back. It’s just a scam website.

How they are still running I don’t know! Trading standards need to shut them down.

This China site is set up to make money from deception..
The pictures of garments are not theirs,copied from other genuine site's.. So by the time you have read the review's its to late.. Please report to relevant partys

Avoid this company. I ordered one dress (£34.95) but was charged £76.16 — an extra item I never ordered was added to my account. Neither item was ever delivered. I contacted Mona Boutique multiple times requesting a refund, both before and after the failed delivery was confirmed, yet the refund was not honoured.
Having since read other reviews here describing very similar experiences — items not delivered, refunds not honoured, unclear third-party sourcing — I don't believe this is an isolated issue. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Again it would be zero if possible. Didn’t look like the picture, wasn’t material as described, wasn’t sized as described- any review over 1 is fake here. Wish I’d read them as usually do but made it quick due to time. Now chatting to a chat bot who isn’t honoring th retry. Policy- steer well clear another Chinese business they won’t return to. I wish we could get them shutdown

Mona Boutique is not in Cambridge - this lady is good she has worked hard to make a fake web page - absolutely a SCAMMER DON’t waste your money.

Avoid. A terrible experience. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I made my purchase. Ordered a dress over 2 weeks ago. Still not dispatched. Contradictory and obviously lying emails about reasons for delay. Ran out of patience and asked for a refund. Zero response. I am not expecting to see the dress or my money. So disappointing. They sounded like a small company so I wanted to support but it's borderline scam. Don't use them.

Do not buy from this website. It is bordering on fraudulent. A dress described as 'linen' turned out to be 100% polyester, and I have spent the last 12 days chasing them to honour their stated returns policy. Automated, banal email responses is all I have received and the phone number does not work.

Dress I received was the worst thing I’ve ever had delivered. Nothing like what I ordered.
I didn’t £35 on this dress which you wouldn’t have paid £2 at a charity shop! Do not waste your money. Wouldn’t refund full amount.. just £5. Total joke! They shd not be allowed to trade. You have been warned..

Do not buy from this company, the items are very different from the pictures they put. Very cheap and poorly made clothes. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the clothes. They don't let you cancel the order and refuse to refund or give any option of return unless you ship the items at your own expense (to bloody China!!).

I ordered a black dress for a funeral giving plenty of time for delivery, after placing my order I received a message saying delivery delayed, in responded explaining my situation that I needed the dress by a certain date, received further notification saying still delayed, I then requested my order to be cancelled and a full refund, I have sent numerous messages and emails no response at all, the dress did arrive but much too late and very inferior quality, I want a refund but still waiting!

Appalling quality, looked nothing like picture .

I was searching for something quite specific I needed for a wedding and the right thing popped up here. Hassle free 30 day returns, it said, and since I was unsure of my size I ordered two. They arrived after the wedding and both terrible quality - not at all as pictured and nothing I would ever wear. No problem, I thought, hassle free 30 day returns! But no. Customers are liable for shipping back to their central warehouse somewhere in Asia, including sorting out any issues with customs. Annoyed I fell for this.

Wow wow wow -zero I would give this company ordered a suit for a wedding it took 18 days to arrive to Kate for the wedding she advertising as though she has a boutique in Cambridge does no say that she has a third party in China that the item comes from then if you need to return it cost between £20 to £30after numerous emails I told her it was to late for wedding and I wanted to return she then told me the cost and her third party in China offered me 10%and keep item I said no this is just a scam !!! I hav
e kept all emails she then offered me 100%but this was not refund it was to order something else no way was I going to except that as I didn't want trash from china that is shoddy to say the least so now I either pay £20 to £30 to return or cut my losses I had numerous emails with mona about her policy's to no avail so I've got a suit that said 5 days delivery that is no use to me now and it's so shoddy I probably will not be able to sell I told her she is dishonest at best because she does not tell you the cost of returns Ng items please please everyone read the small print on her website but nowhere on the site will it tell you the cost of returns avoid! avoid !

Sent out a dress COMPLETELY not the same as to what was shown - fabric - style - colour …. But the owner is adamant it’s not her fault and she is asking me to keep the dress and take a credit !!!!

I have had the same problem with this company. The dress looked amazing on the wedsite but was cheap and nasty, they don’t even want it back it’s that bad. I’m sure they are using pictures from other companies and trying to copy the dress. Very disappointing 😳
Use at your own risk.

I waited ages for the most appalling item. I ordered a Kaftan dress and what I received was terrible. I had tried to cancel the order but there is no customer service, you just receive automated update saying your item is in transit.

Please be aware that this is an awful Chinese scam. I cannot tell you how bad the piece of rag was that arrived.

I purchased a dress from this company which I needed to return as it arrived way too late. I cannot get a response from any emails sent and the telephone never gets answered. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!
