Absolutely terrible quality! NOTHING looked like the pictures that had me placing the order.

I ordered five pieces, and each one was worse than the last — flimsy materials, cheap stitching, and fabric that felt like it would fall apart after a single wear. The quality was so shockingly low that it didn’t even match bargain‑bin fast fashion. Honestly, I could have bought the same (or better) level of quality on Temu for a fraction of the price.

To make matters worse, my order arrived while I was away, so by the time I opened the package, the 14‑day window had passed and the company refused to help. Every item was completely unusable — poorly made, inferior fabric, and nowhere near what was advertised. I ended up donating all five pieces and losing $400.

I feel foolish for not researching more, but learn from my mistake: stay far away from this store. The products are substandard, the quality is nowhere near what they claim, and the whole operation feels sketchy. I don’t trust the faces plastered across their website — it all seems like a façade to sell cheap, inferior goods.

Not all is as is seems
Ordered a dress and top. Dress fabric was not even a bit similar to that which was in the picture. Quality of the goods is cheap but the price is not… even when discounted. Since this company appeared to be located in Montreal, I decided to go with a Canadian company. Surprised to find out that shipment comes from China and all returns also have to go to an international address. Sending a return is not easy…. Several emails where they try to discourage the return and offer a partial rebate or discount… rebate increases with the second email. Just want to return goods and still waiting instructions to do so. Would not recommend this company.

I recently ordered a dress which looked lovely on line when it arrived almost three weeks later and I opened the package to find a totally cheap polyester dress and so totally not worth the full price of $179. let alone the $70. it was on sale for. Can buy better quality off Amazon to be honest. Now am fighting to get my money back.

I ordered a dress that cost more than $50. In the photos on the website, it looked beautiful. After waiting more than three weeks for it to arrive, I received something that looked completely different from what was shown in the pictures.

When I requested a refund, the usual story began. First, they offered me a 20% store credit. In the next email, they increased it to 60%, then 80%. Then they started saying they were a small business and that returns were very expensive for them. Finally, they told me I would have to pay for the return shipping myself.

My question is: if the seller sent me an item that is completely different from what was advertised, why should I have to spend my own money to return a product that doesn’t match its description?

Needed a last minute wedding guest dress and this one ended up fitting perfectly.

I ordered shoes April 18th. After much delay they finally arrived. I notified the seller that I couldn’t wear them and wanted to return them.
I have emailed the seller over 10 times trying to resolve this issue.
Finally, I was promised a partial refund. I haven’t heard from the seller.
Please be advised that this seller is not trustworthy.

My Daughter actually recommended this boutique to me after she ordered sandals from here. Ended up buying two dresses and both were really flattering. Didn’t expect the quality to be this decent for the price.

I got nervous after ordering because tracking took a few days to update, but their support team kept replying and my package arrived fine. Sweater is soft and cozy too.

You would be better purchasing from Shein the dresses I ordered are worth $5 each. Very cheaply made direct from China. A joke! If you want to exchange or get a refund they will pimp you from 10%, 20%, 30% or 50% to keep the dresses and refund the % you agree to. Now they want you to pay to ship them back to China. Don't waste your time or money.

This was my first order from Chloe Boutique and I’m honestly surprised in a good way. The outfit looked almost identical to the website pictures which almost never happens anymore.

I had to exchange for a different size because mine was too tight around the chest area, but support helped me out pretty quickly. The replacement ended up fitting great.

I’m on my feet a LOT during work and these sandals were way more comfortable than I expected. They don’t feel heavy at all. Thinking about ordering another color now lol.

Don't buy from this company. I received my item and it was very poor quality. It didn't look anything like the picture on their website. I used their sizing guide and the product was too big. I asked to return for a credit. They offered me a 10% discount and told be it would cost more to ship it back overseas even though it was shipped to me from a US warehouse. It looks like a US company but it's not.

people please stay away from this company, they take unfair advantage of the consumer you got bad quality products and if those doesn't feet and you want a refund, you never get it, dont buy from this company is a joke.

The shoes were too small and they told me that shipping would cost me so much it was better to accept 10% off. The quality was extremely poor also. So not but from this company.

Clothing item was of very poor quality and the return process has been a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

They advertise free shipping for all US orders, and they offer a 30 day return window. I ordered a size 7 shoe but they are a full size too small. When I contacted them to make a return this is the message i received:

"Our warehouse is located internationally, which means return shipping can easily cost $50 or more depending on where you are. To save you that expense, I'd like to offer you a 20% refund on your order total — and you keep the item."

So for my $65 shoes, which are incorrectly sized and poor quality, they have offered to refund me about $13. I would warn people to stay away from this company, they take unfair advantage of the consumer by ripping them off of returns.

They did not fit and the tennis shoes were uncomfortable and poorly made. I would encourage anyone thinking of purchasing items from this shop to rethink what they are doing. You have to pay for shipping the item back to them so their suggestion is to keep it with a discount even if the shoes do not fit properly.

I bought shoes that came 3 weeks later, smelled like a chemical and were strangely made.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They sell cheap stuff.
