I have orderen one green dress and I thought will be small for me ( L size ) but it is not. The dress is so good, as like on picture. It's tru I was waiting about 10 days or more, but it's ok. Good quality and right size. I recommend this shop.

The beaded bag has a missing bead in the front and it looks bad. The beads are flimsy and they will fall..shame, as the purse is pretty but on the lower quality. I wish I could include pictures

I have received my order, but I would like to return it.
I followed the return procedure outlined on the website; however, I did not receive any confirmation from the company.
I then sent an email to ensure that my return request had been properly received and processed, but I have not received any response to date.
This lack of communication leaves me with a very negative impression of the quality of your customer service.

I am after having a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order 2 days ago and paid extra for 2 day delivery. I received no further communication after receiving the confirmation email so I emailed today to enquire if my order was sent. Having ordered late Monday afternoon I would have expected to receive the order tomorrow, Thursday. There were a few emails back and forth where the company stated “From the moment your package is shipped you can count 48hours for delivery” and “Logically, an order placed on Monday is processed after those from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday”. I have searched the website and nowhere does it say delivery is 48 hours after shipment. 2 working day delivery is very clearly stated. I completely understand orders placed on a Monday will be sent after orders placed over the weekend but it’s baffling why 2 day delivery is offered and charged extra for when it cannot be fulfilled in this time frame. It is Wednesday evening now and I still have not even received a dispatch email after being informed today I would receive an email with a tracking number late afternoon today. My reason for placing the order was because it was for an event at the weekend. It is very unlikely I will have the order before the weekend so I have requested the order be cancelled. I will not be paying a return fee as the terms of my order were not met.

I tried 4 times to get into contact via email XX the address does not exist but is published on the Homepage to Write in case any Support needed. Than I tried to reach out with ORA Srl the Company named on the Homepage as contact for return and refund of orders to clearify How to handle the return. No response at all!! Very dubious ….and by the Way i am not allowed to name the email address from the Company in this form!! I was requested to delete it!

I ordered there twice already and I love their clothes! The dresses are so cute and the quality is pretty good. Shipping to Germany is very fast and everything is well packed. In my first order I had a dress that didn't fit. Returning it was very easy and customer service is great! I will definitely order again. Thank you

Never received the order. Never received any reply to my emails. Simply another scam.
Do not be fooled by the 5star made -up reviews.

Sad this things are allowed to be going on in this world . Shame that Facebook has nearly a 'policy' to promote scam businesses ( that is where I found out about this company which seemed to have beautiful designs ) . All a lie.
