they are scammers as they take first £0.90 and then keep taking £35 per month and there is no way of unsubscribing and they send no emails ... reported it to the bank
Absoluter Betrug!!!
Totally a BS service and company
Totally a BS service and company. Located my phone to Barcelona Spain, 2,663 kilometers (1,655 miles) away, where I eventually found the phone in an hour of signing to the service. I could not log in to my account to terminate the subscription because browsers (Safari and Chrome) indicated malware, and even by-passing the warnings, the pages didn't open. Meanwhile, my card had been charged 49,90 euros. I contacted the help center to cancel my subscription, since the service had been active for less than two hours, and the service did not even work. The response was that there would be no refund. After a heated e-mail correspondence and further escalation indications, they refunded the 49,90 euros. Stay away from this company is my advice.
Lost mobile
Lost mobile, 99p sign up to locate. Ended up taking over £30. DO NOT USE THEM. CONNING, CHEATING CHARLATANS
Scam in reinstform!
Total shysters to be avoided at all…
Total shysters to be avoided at all costs.
The website claimed to be able to see the phone when I entered the number on the website, yet when I paid the 90p for the 'trial' subscription, it just kept saying 'pending' when I put in the number again. It didn't find the phone and I had to cancel the 'subscription' before the fully-chargeable period started. Just a total scam.
Samsung software located the phone exactly...
Didn’t work at all and support team…
Didn’t work at all and support team didn’t respond. Got charged the 0.90c and didn’t unsubscribe so a had a surprise $65 charged the next day for a service that doesn’t even work.
When I checked the status of the of the phone number I had requested to find the next day after being charged the $65 it was still pending with no information at all
I was charged for this subscription and had never signed up
I was charged for this subscription and never signed up for it. I could care less if I lost my phone. I was charged $49.90USD right from the start and had never heard of it. By the time I realized and told my bank, they wasted 4 months while charges continued. My card then expired and somehow Mobegeo was able to continue to charge my account! I am still fighting to get my funds back. This company is beyond a scam, serious fraud and I am not done tracing where and how it started.
Scam company,They put you on…
This company appears to be a scam.
I was placed on a subscription without clear notification or consent. After attempting to reset my password, I was unable to log back into my account, which makes it impossible to manage or cancel the subscription.
ΤΗe biggest scammers
This company consists of the biggest scammers and thieves on the internet, they charged me a lot of money and didn't offer me any products or services. I hope the company gets bankrupt because its employees are just amateurs, scammers and can only cheat without offering anything. Such a horrible and incompetent company with useless employees!!!!!!
Scammers…
If I could give these scammers a minus I would. Sons girlfriend mislaid her phone, took up the offer for a 24 hour trial at just 10 pence! Less than 24 hours later they took £49.80 and I had also been signed up to another site who promptly took £35.00
Customer "lack of" service, name of Charlie said I hadn't signed up through their website but via an app which took the money from Google play therefore nothing they could do.
To add insult to injury I still didn't get any results back as to where the phone was. Fortunately we located it at the Coach depot, who I must add were incredibly helpful, unlike these scammers. Avoid at all costs.
Let your bank know ASAP like I did to get a block put on any payments.
Mobegeo trick of .60$ to find the lost phone, but its a scam to get money from your card Monthly $49.90
Be advised that your organization is engaging in fraudulent activities. I consented to a one-time charge of $0.60 USD for an initial service of finding location of my phone , but it was never fulfilled and you did not help in finding my phone that time. The tricky business model of Mobegeo/Mobefind, they said I have agreed to recurring monthly subscription fee of $49.90 USD!!!! Please refund the unauthorized charges of USD49.90 each month from Oct, Nov and Dec 2025, total of USD149.70.
I found the web because Just lost her…
I found the web because Just lost her mobile and we were trying to find it. I fell into this scam because we were not thinking ahead because we were a little nervous. immediately after paying 90p I thought it was quite strange and depending message came in I had to block the credit card as I suspect it would be fraud, as it seems to be reading all the messages
I was scammed by this company
I was scammed by this company. I have absolutely no clue how they got my bank details and they have been taking a subscription from my bank of £37.20 without any approval for the last few months. Disgraceful!
Same as everyone else- gangsters
Same as everyone else, wish I had seen these before going through with it, paid 90p, said they could see the location, pending and then took &£35.99 out of my account even though I deleted my subscription on Apple Pay.. couldn’t see location and said phone was in Barcelona.. gangsters and should be shut down.
