Purchased a sofa set from Baruipur branch as dis melting condition. It was taken 38 days to fix my sofa set. Sales person Amiya didn't provide any after sales service. Finally he stopped to pickup my phone when I asked him about fitter who will fix my sofa set.I think there are too few filters of Luxary Living to provide proper service to customers. Nobody bothered about my service. Please think twice to purchase any product from Luxary Living.

The last two stars will come ones I receive the actual product the 3 stars is for the customer service I have received which included just taking my personal information to get the product to me. Communication to get this completed has been good. Once I receive the product I’ll come back add the rest of the stars and update my review.
