Hello Souhail,

You've broken many of the rules on all your trades, our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to when signing up, are very clear about you needing to reach the profit target while following our trading and risk management rules in order to get a payout. We sent you a clear analysis of all the rules you broke and how you broke them.

Why do you call us scammers? We provided everything you ordered, showed it to you, and asked you to confirm that you read and understood all our trading and risk management rules. Now you did not read any of them, ignored them all, and then called us scammers. That makes no sense and only shows what kind of person and trader you are!

Anyone want to see this trader analysis report from our risk desk, which shows all the rules this trader broke? Send your request to trade@luxtradingfirm.com

Hello C….K….!

Some people are really unbelievable! You already won a prize in our free contest before, and our rules clearly state that you may participate in our free contest only 3 times; if you win one prize, you may not win another.

You not only continued and tried to win a prize a second time, but you also used 7 different email addresses to create 7 different free contest accounts to win another prize!

When we confronted you with this and our security team found out, you sent us many emails to corrupt our staff and asked us to sign up with different documents! Now, after many of your emails begging and treating us, you left a bad review and called us a scam!

PS: The most surprising thing about these bad reviews with false claims that we are the scammers, is that this person try to place a positive review before twice after he win a price with us in the free contest and then it was rejected by Trustpilot and even after this person show proof that he was a genuine review and that he really had a genuine experience with our company he still was rejected to place his positive review! Now this same person try to cheat our contest and wanted to claim a second price what is not allowed in our T&C and he even try this with 7 different free contest accounts he now accuse us to be a scam company and Trustpilot now let him post his bad review without any problem to reject him and even after we flag him, they still keep him on with lies and false claims! This shows that Trustpilot’s earn-model policy is to reject genuine positive reviews and allow only bad reviews, no matter what, because bad reviews bring more traffic to their company website, which helps them show shareholders and charge higher prices for their services.

WRONGLY SELECTION OF LEADEROBARD

Week of August 10-Learder Board results are as follows with Rank wise names and their Gain.
Rank1: Shyan G: 12.88%
Rank2: Hans N: 12.14%
Rank3: Mirai N: 11.77%
Rank4: Yousuf B:11.32%
Rank5: Hamza S:10.74%
Rank6: Jayaram Naick B: 10.53%
Note: Prize distributions are Limited to Rank 5 only.

Very Important Note: You mentioned Weekly prediction market contest with maximum goal to achieve profit is 10% on closed trades. Once anyone achieves 10% profit goal on realized profit, System by default disables account.

Remember once i achived 10%profit on wednesday on realized trades. System did not allowed to trade further 5 trading days.
Please note that all five ranking you have declared above are did not achived 10% target before me. I am the first person who finished 10% profit goal.
After me only all above 5 perosons finished the 10% profit target.
But you did not allowed me to trade together along with 5 persons for the remaining 5 days of left.

But one side my account was disabled as i have achieved 10% profit goal early.
Other side you are saying in full 6 days whoever wins higehst gains gets first prizes.

To get highest win rate you must allow me to trade further also after 10% of profit goal achieved fastet by wednesday monrning.

When i confirmed from Discord, the support team also saying that "you achived the 10% profit target" there by sysmtem does not allows to trade anymore further.
Now tell me how can i compete to top?
In your prediction market guidelines you have mentioned clearly that

"How do we choose the winners? It's all based on the best trading results in those 6 days. If multiple traders hit the profit targets, the win goes to whoever did it the fastest. If the time is also a tie, we look at who used fewer predictions or had the higher win rate."

In above statement you mentioned "If multiple traders hit the profit targets" what does this mean?

this mean if multiple traders achieved 10% target right.
In this scenario you said win goes to whoever did it the fastest.

Still not understanding??

I ask you simple question: Assume you and me only are participated in prediction market weekly contest. No one is there entire 6 days of contest except you and me.

I achieved 10% profit goal on very first trade on monday. Now the system is disabled my account as i have reached minimum 10% is to pass the challenge. so now my balance is exactly 11000[10000(equity)+1000(profit)].

Now come to your turn that you have not yet reached the profit target of 10%. System allowed you to trade all 6 days of contest and finally you achieved 10.01% profit target on end of contest period. So your balance is now 11001 [(10000(equity)+1001(profit)].

Now tell me who is winner out you and me? (remember entire week only two participant only available and that too you and me only).

me took only one trade with hardly 15min spend and system did not allow me remaining trading days. my Balance was 11000$.

You took entire 6days trading(till end of contest period) and your balance is now 11001$ (Just 1$ excess than me).

Do you think you are the winner ?

if you are the winner, then system must be allowed both of us equal time to decide who is winner.

But here sysmtem did not allow me to trade further as i have finihsed on very first trade itself 10% profit on closed basis. Meanwhile system declared you are the winner meaning you are the 1st position and i am the 2nd position.

This is what happened with this 2nd week of Aug10 contest.

So this is the reason you have mentioned in your prediction market guidelines that

" If multiple traders hit the profit targets, the win goes to whoever did it the fastest."
Otherwise what is meaning of above statment?

I did not giving negative remarks that i did not win the prize. I participated on 1st week of Aug prediction Market also, there also i did not win any prize but did not given any negative remarkes on that.

Because i applied the staretegy and read the rules you mentioned and finished the 10% target early. I also confirmed that no one has reached 10% target before me. But you placed my one 6th rank simply by follwoing the highest gains but not giving me the full time trade with them.

When you follow to declare the ranking based on highest gain means you must allow me trade all 6days of contest along with them even i achieved 10% profit on realized trades. But you did not thought of this simple logic. Saying me that i am not understanding your rules. Please think heartfully from your side..

My final Question:
All five persons in leaderboard achieved maximum of 10% profit goal as you explained in tutorial. Now tell me how do you select top to bottom as per the your guidelines mentioned below ?
" If multiple traders hit the profit targets, the win goes to whoever did it the fastest."

Hi jayaram,

We have a simple free contest, and the winners are the ones with the highest balance. So it doesn't matter whether you reach the 10% profit target first or last, because in the end the leaderboard ranks the trader with the highest final balance at the top, not the one who reaches the 10% profit target first. You can even see this in a video on our sign-up page message: https://luxtradingfirm.com/checkout/?add-to-cart=79399

We've explained this in multiple emails and support tickets, but you still don't seem to understand these simple rules, and now you're posting a negative review because you didn't win any prizes.

Reply: All 5 other traders you mention in your post had the same situation: the moment they passed the 10% profit target and closed all trades, they could no longer take any trades, just like you. Our system does this automatically, and our leaderboard puts the trader with the best results at the top. You are the only trader who doesn't understand this simple system, and you're also the only one who can’t accept that you're in 6th place, even though the other 5 have higher results than you. Nowhere in our sign-up form, video explainer, or leaderboard rules does it say that the first person to hit the 10% profit target wins the contest!

Last reply: If we let you continue trading, as you said, that would be fairer; then everyone else could still continue and could also come out higher. So your point makes no sense at all; you can't accept that others came higher than you, and you are only looking for a reason to get rid of your frustration that you did not win a prize. But we treat everyone the same, and those other 5 also had the same conditions as you; their trading stopped the moment they reached 10%, and all trades were closed.

Rules are made to fail you

Rules are made to fail you. I had chat with customer services found no logical answer. Example 400k account. 24k drawdown allowed. if I fix 5% that is 1200 risk. I could do 2 RR to max profit. But, when I am in profit of 24K, my RRC becomes 48k, 2400 risk, now r is only 1, system is forcing me to risk higher. similarly when i am in 36k profit my rrc become 70k and 5% becomes 3500 in this situation system is forcing me to trade with less then 1 rr that is absolute non-sense to trade. what do you say about this?

your company has two traps, one fixing risk and profit. if you fix profit that is consistency that make sense, however, not allowing trader to lower risk is not practical rule. it clearly indicate your firm do not want anyone make money.

at the end of 400k challenge, when you have 40k profit, now according to your rules trader risk 4000 to profit 2400, isn't it funny?

passing your challenge with this rule of fixing risk is impossible. as after 24k profit you need to make 24k more with less then one rr. not make no sense. are you getting my point. I am not criticising i trying to be rational

Edit reply: thank you for the reply, yes suggested option to reduce the risk after entering trade make sense, however if you are working to way out to this problem, I believe fix risk threshold that is 5%, and allowing trader to risk in that range will help traders to manage risk, protect funds and grow. It will also eliminate excessive risk calculations for trades. With only this small change how would it affect the consistency. Look forward to your response. Thank you. No hard feelings only genuine interest in your firm. Best wishes to resolve these policy glitches

Hello Nick,

You are not obligated to choose a maximum risk of 5% per trade of your remaining risk capital. So, if you prefer that your risk-to-profit ratio stay at 1:2, start with a lower risk percentage per trade relative to your RRC.

Also, the trader can still change the SL to a lower level even seconds after the trade is placed. The reason we ask you to place this SL is that it is the only way to detect whether the trader maintains the consistency rule previously linked to trailing maximum drawdown, which has now been changed to a static maximum drawdown. So, the trader still has the option to choose the correct risk-to-reward ratio.

We understand that this approach is not always ideal, but the traders requested that a change from trailing max DD to static max DD be preferred. We are still working on finding a way to change this in our system while still maintaining consistency in the risk per trade % as that is an important risk management rule. Same for us to place the SL when entering the market, as we are a real-money A-book prop firm and need these rules to protect us against high-risk trades.

Reply: It is not that simple to change our automated system, which was built over many years by our IT team, but they are looking for a solution. If we were to give every trader the freedom to use any risk per-trade % as long as it is under 5% of RRC, it would no longer be a consistent rule. But trust me, we are finding a solution sooner or later, and in the meantime, the trader still has 2 other options to maintain his 1:2 risk-to-reward ratio. So the claim that our rules are made to make our traders fail is incorrect, and we are sorry that the other support agent could not explain this to you in live chat.

Why is all 5Star reviews about winning…

Why is all 5Star reviews about winning giveaways and none about successfully getting payout? We all trade to get paid. My personal experience with Lux is really fraustrating as they close my trade before putting SL also trailing DD was a nightmare, i notice they remove trailing DD to be replaced with very low consistency score which makes getting paid virtually impossible or stressful.

Hi Crypto billionaire,

You only speak about the last 3-4 reviews, which is normal when we introduce a new asset class and trading platform, and traders leave their reviews about their positive experiences. We do not give anything away, as they need to earn it in a weekly contest with many traders testing this new Lux prediction market platform. There are more than 630 other reviews, and there are also comments about payouts; the same is seen in many trader interviews, who confirm their payouts at different stages in our real-money A-book program.

We only did this more than 5 years ago, when we automated the trade so it would not be opened and would later be closed if a trader did not place any SL. As we are a real money A-book prop firm, we can’t have high-risk traders in our program who place no SL to protect our real money. Even the trialling DD was used by most prop firms, and we changed this to static. The risk-per-trade % consistency rule we already have has been in place for more than 5 years, and we understand that these rules are not for high-risk traders who prefer to take high-risk trades to reach the profit target as quickly as possible.

Lux prediction market, best idea.......

Hi there, last week i was partipating at the Lux prediction market contest, what a great idea these guys had, a plattform where you can trade your intuitions or your hunchs about almost anything, trading, politics, sports, culture, etc., and the best part?, if tour trade is winning at the time and you want to quit it, you can just close the trade at anytime and keep the profits you got, it´s perfect; they have a very intuitive environment at the dashboard, very easy to use.
Remember the contest? i won the 2nd prize, it was a 400K 1 step account, i just recieved it, i´m very very happy guys, i´ll make it worth it, i really want that 10M account.
Thanks Lux Trading, you really Rock......

Rules aren't trader friendly. They are designed to keep you in a challenge for a long time.

For a $1M challenge:
Max loss per trade is .3% - $3k
Max Profit per trade is .6% - $7.5k
Profit Target is 15%

Statistically:

If you win every trade at a 1:2.5 risk reward, it would take you 20 trades in a row to earn the account

If you win half your trades at a 1:2.5 risk reward, it would take you 76 trades in a row to earn the account

Now I would say with this risk to reward ratio, you're probably winning less than 50%. Do the math....

Response to Lux's Reply:
They boast about being an A-book company but the funded challenge that would take 2+ years to complete (sarcasm but maybe not) is on match trader and definitely not A-book. The slippage is horrible. Again, if a trader wants to sit in a challenge for a long time to "maybe" get an account when there are plenty of B-book prop firms out there that will fund and pay out quickly, good luck!

Response 2:
1. Yes, initially I read the rules incorrectly and after I failed a challenge, I decided I wanted to give insight to what traders should expect with the prop firm. Since I read the rules incorrectly, I'll give you an extra star!
2. Never claimed funded accounts weren't A-book, the challenge phase has higher spread/slippage than I've experienced with other prop firms.
3. I don't mind strict profit/loss limitations as it protects the trader and future of the account. Most popular prop firms have these limitations, just not as strict as Lux.
4. As ratings are declining, it may be a good option as a company to discuss how you can present the rules more transparently and be less defensive on your trust pilot replies.

Hello Ryan,

Trading and risk management rules are made to protect the trader, or in this case, the prop firm's real money. We understand that most retail traders have a different risk management approach, learned from educators, to make 10 or 20% per month on their small retail live accounts. Otherwise, no retail trader will ever start with $500 or $1,000 live accounts if they learn that 1-2% per month is the safest and most realistic return you can make.

But for real professionals who work with real capital in banks, hedge funds, or asset management trading departments, they have a different approach to risk because they handle real money. Not like most of you retail traders, who are only used to B-Book brokers that offer you very high leverage and simulated virtual money prop firms that want you to take high-risk trades as they do not care that you blow up your account, as they risk nothing while you try to reach the 10-15% profit targets in a couple of days.

As we are a real-money A-Book prop firm, we do not want our traders blowing up their accounts many times to get lucky once or twice for a big payout and a nice certificate you have nothing on. Our program is for long-term patient traders who want to build a real-money, audit-track record they can use for their future trading career.

So, our trading rules are not designed to keep you in the challenge for a long time on purpose, but to make 15% with a low-risk strategy on a $1 million account. Getting you a real-money $1 million A-Book prop trading account is a very good offer for long-term patient traders.

What is the use of big capital if you don’t use it to your advantage? See this video that explains it all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_nOT_qIO-A

PS: Also, your calculation is wrong, as you're basing it on the risk-per-trade % you would use on a live account, where you can lose and use 100% of the account balance. But what most prop traders do not think about is that you need to calculate based solely on your risk capital. For our $1 million account size, that is 6%, which means you have only $60,000 in risk capital, not $1 million! So, no use in comparing this with a risk management that you will use on your own live account, where you can risk 100% of the account balance, whereas here you only have 6% in total.

Reaction to your reply:

We have many traders in our funded stages, and they did this in normal time frames and did not take 2 years. But what they all have in common is that they still have the same funded account after 2 years and receive very consistent payouts from it. As that is the other side of what our trading and risk management rules give back, it does not blow accounts. So, you can choose to get quickly funded on a B-Book prop firm with high-risk trades, get one lucky payout, and then blow-up multiple accounts again.

Also, your accusation that the Match Trader platform does not provide A-Book accounts makes no sense and shows how little you know about how the trading industry works, as the trading platform can be linked to any A-Book or B-Book broker or LP! Anyone can find our A-Book LP on our website and confirm that all our funded accounts are real-money A-Book prop accounts.

You are a frustrated trader who also failed to read our trading and risk management rules and only found out later, when you reached the profit targets, that you had broken many of them. 95% of our bad reviews are from traders like you who just need somebody to blame after the fact and then come up with points that make no sense, as you could have all seen this before you started trading with us!
