Superb client retention & support initiatives. They thoroughly investigated what caused the hard breach in my account and actually unbreached it for a considerable reason. HOLA PRIME NAMBA WAN!

Shady pyramid prop firm. Not recomend. Not clear , hiden trading rules
Hola Prime is a legit prop firm. Once you are funded, they have rules in place for you to succeed. I have had many payouts now and all within minutes from making the request. I have worked with other prop firms where it has taken up to a week to get a payout, and others where they try to get you on some technicality so they don't have to pay you out. I also worked with some where once you are funded, the spread is much larger than when you were going throught the evaluation. Very sneaky. Not so with Hola Prime. They are on the up and up and very transparent with their rules and their trading platforms. The support is immediate and helpful. Definitely looking forward to continue to work with them. Give them a look.

I passed the Hola Prime 5K funded challenge and traded consistently for 11 days, generating a total profit of $450. I was only 3 days away from becoming eligible to request my payout.
I was shocked to wake up and find that my account had been terminated.
The first reason I was given was that I had violated the 2% maximum risk rule on a single trade. However, based on my own trading records and calculations, I do not believe my risk exceeded 0.5% on any trade.
After contacting support, I was given a different explanation—that my account had been terminated because I opened a trade without a Stop Loss. This was different from the original reason I received, which left me confused about what actually happened.
The trade in question never went into a loss of more than $10, later moved into approximately $20 profit, and I closed it manually.
I am disappointed by the inconsistent explanations and the decision to terminate my account just days before my first payout. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Do not trade with Hola Prime if you actually want to get paid. They just wiped my funded account profits and reset my account to the initial balance using a rule that their own system explicitly admits doesn't apply to my account type.
Here are the absolute facts:
I took a precise trade with a hard Stop Loss of $900, representing exactly 0.9% risk. This was perfectly within their dashboard rule of "2% Max Risk Per Trade Idea".
After I made a profit, they denied my payout, claiming my "margin utilization was 92.74%" and cited a 30% margin limit rule hidden in their Prohibited Trading Practices.
I went to their official support system (Prime Bot) to verify this. Their own bot explicitly stated in writing: "If you're in the Prime Consistency Program, aggregate margin utilization must not exceed 30%... For other Forex accounts (Challenge or standard Funded), the main rules center around the 2% risk limit... not a hard margin cap."
My account is a standard Funded account. I sent these screenshots to their Compliance and Risk Team, proving that the 30% rule DOES NOT apply to my specific account tier according to their own knowledge base.
What did the Risk Team do? They completely ignored the screenshots of their own official bot, repeated a copy-paste response, and told me the decision is "final."
This prop firm operates in bad faith. They will let you take the risk, but if you win, they will use contradictory terms to deny your payout and selectively enforce rules that go against their own official support guidelines.
I have all the emails and screenshots to prove everything stated above. Stay away from Hola Prime!
Payout was very quick, customer service helped all along the way. I really enjoy working with this prop firm so far.

My funded account was terminated automatically because a single XAUUSD trade temporarily had $1,154.40 of SL-defined risk, exceeding their $1,000 (2%) risk-per-trade-idea limit on a $50K account.
Try trading gold with the rule in place in fast paced environment. particularly because the breach is triggered immediately even while adjusting the stop loss (within 3 minutes). HOLAPRIME Support reviewed my case but did not reinstate the account. Based on my experience, traders should understand the 2% risk-per-trade-idea rule very carefully before trading a funded account.
I was waiting for withdrawing my income from 3 profitable days (already hit) with crypto. However their direct crypto payment was offline. Only allowed to use Rise Pay with invitation which the link cannot be opened.
Then that happened. Personally evreything is good except I would not buy anything with risk per trade after eval anymore.
The account was legitimately breached under their published rule, but I strongly dislike the design and practical implementation of the 2% rule, particularly the immediate automated breach when an SL temporarily exceeds the limit during live execution.
The Fastest Payout in the Industry. Thanks to Adrian for the interview. Record the time after submitting the payout, and it only took under 7 minutes for me to receive it.

Excellent condition de trading. Mais la règle des 2% de position du stop loss mérite d'être revu .
