Found a product that fit my need perfectly. Didn't know the shop but seemed ok so took a chance. The products were shipped from China so took a bit longer (wasn't a problem for me). What impressed me was that the products were actually exactly what I had imagined. The fit was good, the quality good. Didn't try to be something that they were not, e.g. the description didn't say it was real leather in one part of the product, and it wasn't, but it was still good quality leather imitation. Order process was smooth. Expected delivery time could be clearer. Also, beware of the "leave a review and get 50% off" emails. It's a rebate code that only gives you 2 days to shop again ... not very helpful (and no, clearly didn't influence this review)

My warranty claim was answered with BS saying warranty expired.
