Easy process, very quick delivery

Købte i går et cover til min IPhone, og vildt imponeret over leveringstid, lå i postkassen imorges se net via DAO, fantastisk, kæmperos.

Order was placed on March 1, 2026. Received a message on March 9th stating that one of the frames were out of stock and I needed to pick a replacement pair. I responded and on the 10th I got a confirmation of the correction. I heard nothing until I contacted them in the 14th requesting an update. They responded that my order had been shipped. I finally received an official email that my order had shipped with a tracking number on the 17th. However, when I attempt to track my package I get tracking number unfound and I have received this message every time I have tried to track my order. I have since sent another email requesting an update and I have not gotten a response nor have I received my order. I see many items on their page that I would love to order but due to my current experience I will not be ordering anything else.

Initionaly in despute, but resolved promptly with Lux Case customer services Denmark.
I am awaiting a replacement case. 08/02/2026.

Ordered Thursday afternoon, package came on Saturday morning.All good with the order. Considering the variety of the phone models involved in the order,it is impressive that they had all this in stock...

Bought this case and it didnt last a month. I have tried contacting them several times and I have had no response. Very frustrating and unreliable company who dont deal.with customer issues
. And the product itself is unreliable. A lot of money for a poorly made product

Buyers beware. I bought a watch strap for £29.95 for #my daughter’s birthday. The strap was too big. I contacted Lux-case who after 3 attempts to get a response, eventually told me to fill in a returns form and to return the item at my expense for a full refund on the unused goods. I returned the strap at a cost of £10.05 on 9.10. I received the package back today with a tick on a form stating refund refused. The strap was still labelled in its original packaging.

Never got it.

I quickly and easily ordered a cover for an older phone.
I hope the delivery goes as smoothly as the ordering process.
It's certainly much faster and friendlier than the phone stores that only tell you your phone is too old for a new cover.

SCAM.
Sent a completely wrong strap, and when returning it, keeps claiming not received, and therefore not refunded.
WATCH OUT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!

I bought a cover for my Samsung galaxy flip 5 phone and I'm impressed with the quick service was and the quality of the product. It fits perfectly. Its not the last time I'll be buying from Lux Case.

Product never arrived and they ignored my emails. Luckily PayPal refunded me.

The case that I purchased for a tablet for a very special little boy 💙 was too small I emailed and returned to the Irish return address and never heard another word about €14.00 for the case €6.90 to return and never heard any response very disappointed will not be shopping on this sight again and I've heard no return will be refunded a pure joke never again
