Worst customer service experience
First-time customer and a very disappointing experience. My order was delayed due stock issue. When the jeans arrived, they didn’t fit, so I returned them after only trying them on once at home. Their sizing is completely wrong around the waist.
They initially refused the return, claiming the jeans had been worn and had water marks, which was simply not true. The denim was “vintage” with worn-in details, exactly the same as their website images. After several emails and a week-long review, they eventually issued store credit — calling it an “exception”.
Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing. My order with multiple items was delayed for over a month simply because one item was out of stock. Holding the entire order for that long over one item is ridiculous, especially during their “biggest sale of the year”. To make matters worse, my email regarding the delay was completely ignored. Very poor customer service.

Great customer service - Lucy has been assisting with me a return due to sizing not being quite right. She has been extremely helpful, quick to respond and has helped where there was an issue with the system. Her responsiveness has been a big help with getting this sorted quickly.

I had been a loyal customer and had placed three separate orders because I genuinely liked their products. Unfortunately, the way they handled my most recent order has completely changed my opinion.
It took over a week for my exchange to even be dispatched as it was urgent, and during that time I received no communication or exchange confirmation. I reached out multiple times via email to ask about arranging an exchange, but every single email was ignored. Not receiving a single response after multiple attempts.
Would not recommend them if customer service and after-sales support are important to you. Still waiting for my reply.

I ordered the grey tracksuit for my teenage son, and he loves mooching around the house in it. He says that it feels really soft and comfortable to wear.

Terrible return process
Everything with the order was fine, and was shipped quickly. The item I ordered was in the wrong size, so I went through the return process. From the UK, they ask £124 for a shipping return, rather than the £20 for the original order shipping costs.
