Good quality for a great price
I ordered 2 up and down lights at a very good price with an unexpected extra 10% off the price. They clearly stated bulbs are not included which was ok as i wanted to use 12V bulbs. They were delivered in an acceptable time. The quality was very good so very pleased with the purchase.

price and quality

Ordered 18 (6x3) surface mounted down…
Ordered 18 (6x3) surface mounted down lights. They sent 6 (6x1) downlights and 18 bulbs. I thought I was ordering from a UK company as the website has a web address of lightexpert.co.uk but it came from the Netherlands. it was also late. Their site claimed that if I ordered early enough in the day it would be dispatched same day. It took about 3 days. They blame lack of staff. I asked them to cancel the order and later in the day received a dispatched notice. However with 12 lights missing I don't hold out a lot of hope. Luckily I paid by credit card so can claim it back.

Wrong brightness was sent and now stuck
I ordered what described as bright white LED flourecent tubes. Didnt have time to fit them until today and they are yellow ish. Flimsy and of a crap standard. I have sent a contact form and i am awaiting a reply.
Use a better supplier. As i am not confident they will get back to me

Tried to return 5 lights. Paid to get
Returns Label but that never transpired. 2 days wIt for a customer service response & 2 weeks on still no resolve. Their Returns system wont let you create a new return even though they say they cancelled the original one so you cannot go any further.
Romy presumably a one man band just keeps sending out a standard response with no resolve whatsoever.
No one answers the phone & email response is a 2 day wait.
Appalling customer service!
