Even though the shipping was fast and they have wast options, my book came with wet ink. When i contacted customer service and we agreed that they would send me a new copy, the copy also had wet ink. The text was smudged and couldnt be touched by hands.. sadly im not sure about ordering other books

Great experience to get rare book
I recently ordered at Libristo for the first time. I ordered a special edition of a book which is not easiley to get.
It took around 3 weeks to finally get the book and it arrived safe and sound in perfect quality. I was regulary updated about the process and the next steps.
I can highly recommend Libristo!

I ordered four soft cover novels. Delivery was fast. The novels were in pristine condition and without any damage.

I bought the Kid's Box New Generation 3…
I bought the Kid's Box New Generation 3 Student's Book, Workbook, and the Home Fun Booklet 3 from the Libristo online store.
My daughter and I are absolutely delighted with the quality of these books. The lessons and activities are exceptionally well designed, with great attention to detail. The audio and video materials are a wonderful addition, and my daughter genuinely enjoys learning English in a fun and interactive way, even at home.
I do have two small suggestions regarding the books themselves, but I have already shared them directly with Cambridge University Press. They are so minor that I don't think they belong in this review.
As for Libristo, the books arrived in perfect condition and were packed very securely. We would also like to thank the Libristo team for the thoughtful little gift included with our order. My daughter absolutely loved the origami!
The prices are very competitive—lower than in other stores we checked—which is why we chose Libristo. We will definitely continue buying from you in the future.
One small suggestion: it would be nice if the delivery were a little faster. However, considering the excellent prices, we are more than happy to overlook that.

The book I received wasn't in the design that I bought via the shop. The only option for return was with payment on my side...I wrote an E-mail to the Support and got ignored...No answer.

First time ordering a book from a foreign country via libristo due to it being unavailable in my own country. The shipping takes a bit longer (obviously) but I always got updated asap. Genuienly happy with the service and the book arrived safely.

Collectible Figure
I ordered a collectible figure. Its packaging (although slightly damaged) was thoroughly wrapped for delivery, but the figure itself made a pre-owned impression to me with a few scratches and bruises here and there. Plus it was lowkey damaged inside. But it's still presentable.
