Fraud! complete Scam product, mis represented, signed me up for subscription without my permission. Messaged within 3 minutes of placing order on 23/8 to cancel when I was advised of subscription not previously mentioned. It has not been sent and is sitting in their warehouse yet they are refusing to refund me and cancel order!!!! They still have it 2 weeks on and happily took my money yet won’t cancel fraud order!!!!

To anyone out there thinking of giving this company a chance? DON'T it's all a scam! All I did was choose to spend my hard earned money on their product and after weeks of waiting and emailing them ,finally get an email saying "I'm truly sorry about your experience, I will let you know more when I have the information " Seriously? Then I asked for a refund and the bogus reason was "we can't refund you because the package has been shipped " how is that my fault in any way that they lost it??? Reported it to Trading Standards i hope no one else gets scammed by them!

Works really great, wayyy easier than shaving, no pain. really good results so far xx

Product never arrived- been a nightmare trying to get a refund. Razor never arrived, was then charged for a blade refills even though I had no razor. Managed to get refills refunded but took months. Sent photos of delivery door to prove razor never arrived and then was told I had already received it and then complete stop of any contact. Still trying to sort, absolute nightmare

Do not get this razor. First of all, it’s junk. It feels cheap and plastic and there’s absolutely nothing that makes it better than a normal razor. Second of all, if you order from their website you have to be careful not to get automatically enrolled in razor head refills. I did and they told me I couldn’t cancel the order and I couldn’t get a refund. So I guess that would be the third thing, bad customer service.

This razor is nothing like it is said to be. It promises not to cut you and I have four cuts in my armpits. When I received the razor it broke the first time I tried to change the razor head. When they emailed me asking what I thought I told them I didn't want it and that it was in the garbage because that's what it is. They told me I could not have a refund and if I did I would have to pay for shipping to China myself and then two weeks later they charged me for refills and they currently refuse to give me a refund on everything, all I want is my money back. Their customer service is automated and pointless.

I bought this razor after seeing and ad saying its a smooth close shave. The shave leaves stuble and falls apart while i try to use it. The blades are cheap and alot of the positive reviews are fake.
The company could improve by investing in a quality product instead of social media & fake reviews.

I was very hopeful about my purchase. Horrible customer service. Order was delivered to the wrong place, proof was provided by cheap courier company they use for shipping. This was on 07/23, still have not replaced my order and refuse to refund me although they themselves provided me the proof that order was delivered to the wrong address. Keeping money that doesn’t belong to you and not replacing order makes you thieves. Never again.

I absolutely love my product. It's simple to use, gets the job done without the nicks, cuts or burns. It's smooth and soft and definitely worth the money. I have found something thats works for me.

I ordered this razor for my wife. The product took a very long time to arrive and then they enrolled me in a recurring razor subscription that I did not consent to. I emailed them kindly asking for a refund and they refused and told me that the order was already processed and that they could not refund me. I am truly disappointed in Livora and will not be doing any further business with them.

I had an item bought from this company which was delivered to the wrong property, despite sending the evidence to them they refused a refund and said they would sort out with Royal Mail about the delivery. I am yet to receive any communication from the company, Please be aware when ordering from them. Wish I had read reviews before

Never recieved my item and had trouble getting a refund, had to tell them i was goin to talk to my lawyer and we would be takin in to court if we had to, took like almost 9 months just to get my refund, i tried to be patient and work with them and give them a chance but they didnt want to budge without me havin to talk to my lawyer or tellin them we would take it to court, so ridiculous, i refuse to ever buy anythin from them ever again

I did not intentionally place this order. As soon as I realised it had been processed automatically, I contacted the company to cancel it. Unfortunately, I received no response. Instead, they sent me a tracking number and shipped the product.

I have also tried contacting their customer support and the relevant contact channels, but I have not received any reply.

Absolute game changer, this product doe’s literal wonders. I’m almost upset it took this long for me to make the switch haha

I love, love, this shaver! It's better than any shaver ive ever used... whenever this one wears out I'll definitely buy another! Best ever shaver for all ares you'll ever use, I promise!
