SCAM! DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered a few items for my daughters second birthday and they didn’t arrive in time. When I followed up the customer service was extremely poor. They claim they ship from Brisbane, but when they finally sent my items (weeks after my daughters birthday), I got a tracking link from CHINA!

Items finally arrived, but we’re completely different to the items I ordered. They changed the items online after. I demanded a refund and just kept being told they were ‘looking into it’, but after countless emails I gave up. I since found same the cheap crappy items I purchased in temu for a fraction of the cost. They literally just purchase from cheap Chinese companies and on sell for more, too you off and don’t respond.

They also blocked me from commenting on their social media and delete any negative comments. Please don’t order through this company!

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I would never buy from Little Teekies again.

I placed my order on 20 July when the item was clearly shown as available and the website advertised fast delivery.

What followed was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

On 28 July, Little Teekies told me in writing that my order had “already left our warehouse” and that the courier was investigating why the tracking had not updated.

A few days later, they completely changed their story and admitted that the delay was actually caused by a stock issue and that the order had not yet been dispatched.

Those two explanations cannot both be true.

I then clearly requested cancellation and a full refund before the later dispatch. Instead of respecting that request, they ignored it and proceeded to ship the order anyway.

The communication throughout this process has been appalling — delayed responses, contradictory explanations, ignored refund requests and absolutely no sense of accountability.

I have now had to escalate this through my bank, NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC just to try to get a basic consumer issue resolved.

The parcel has arrived, but I have not opened or used it and am ready to return it. I should never have been forced into this situation in the first place.

I felt completely misled by the way this order was handled. The customer service has been chaotic, frustrating and unacceptable.

Avoid this company. I would not trust their delivery promises, stock information or customer service based on my experience.

Total scam ! Took my money provided no merchandise and gave me a fake shipping number. Don’t fall for this scam !!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM — DEFINITELY AVOID.

I bought a tent from this company that was heavily discounted, and I now understand why. The quality is extremely poor. The tent is literally supported by flimsy plastic/cardboard-like bars, which bent and broke after less than a week of normal use.

I also purchased a wooden kitchen playset that never arrived. Despite trying to resolve the issue, I have still not received the product.

I have now reported the matter to WA Consumer Protection.

I really wish I had seen more genuine reviews before purchasing from this company. I’m leaving this review so other parents can be aware of my experience before spending their money.

Please think twice before buying from them.

Not only is Little Teekies a terrible product they give terrible customer service. The product itself is not like described on the website and the quality is shockingly low. Trying to communicate with them is challenging and they are unwilling to help. I would never buy from them again

Terrible quality, horrible customer service. My tent was falling apart within 2 days, and they refuse to refund me. They claim to ship from Brisbane, however my item was sent from China. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Little Tekkies based on my experience.

I purchased a kids kitchen that arrived after approximately four weeks, with a tracking number that didn't work. The product I received did not match the item advertised at the time I purchased it, and the product images were changed shortly afterwards.

The kitchen arrived missing the oven knobs. After numerous emails and sending photos, I was initially told to check the box again. Replacement knobs were eventually sent, however they are the wrong size and do not fit the kitchen. Despite providing photos showing this, I have been told that they are the correct parts.

After months of going back and forth, I am still left with an incomplete product and no satisfactory resolution. The customer service has been incredibly disappointing, and I am now seeking a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

I expected a business to stand behind the products it sells and provide an appropriate remedy when something goes wrong. Sadly, that has not been my experience.

UPDATE : I tried to write a critical review on their website as they’re all positive and ai sounding and had my review rejected by little teekies with the feedback - “sounds fake & bad grammar”
Still haven’t received the correct parts either…

Absolute flog of a company.

They clearly are selling tents they've purchased from Alibaba or Temu. Lying about their quality: for example, saying 'pine wood support poles' which are actually cheap PVC plastic. Generic instructions reflecting mass-produced from Chinese factories.

Never buy off this company. They should be reported to the ACCC for fraudulent business practices.

As with others, no tracking information after "label prepared", no reply other than bots on site, messenger and email, and no product. wever a few days later, much later than the website [promised and with no replies from the vendor nor updates on the tracker - and too late for the baby event we needed it for - the package arrived in a broken re-used cardboard box with no country of origin or materials information. Not really worth the money even after EOFY discount. HAving disputed the invoice we then agreed after late delivery to pay for the goods. Not up to standard and poor customer service. Bur the thought of negotiating returna nd reimbursement was overwhelming.

This company does not deserve even 1 star! I ordered a doll house for my grandaughter's birthday over a monrh ago. All efforts to determine the status of my order were either ignored or met wirh 'robot' generated replies. It is ridiculous that they cannot be contacted in person. Any attempt to track my order, resulted in 'order nor found' or 'site unavailable'.

Unfortunately there was no Trustpilot reviwes when I ordered (what should have been a hint in the first place). I ordered a change pad. Didn't hear anything for a while. Then suddenly they reached out and advised that the product I had ordered was no longer available. They offered an alternative that I didn't like, hence why I requested cancellation and full refund. Instead of just processing that, we had several emails back and forth, where they kept pressuring me in to taking the alternative and offered a gift with it, later discounts for the shop etc. The entire ridiculous story is too long for this platform. Bottom line: worst customer service I have ever experienced, they ended up shipping despite me being very clear about the cancellation (this seems to be common, looking at other reviews). Then a probably fake customer service manager and now a probably also fake CEO even reached out. As I have the entire scam in writing, I submitted the conversations to Consumer Affairs who are investigating and also to my bank who was able to do a chargeback, so I got my money back. I now offered these scammers that I happily return the unopened item they ended up sending as long as they provide a prepaid return label. But fake CEO Jonathan unfortunately can't help me unless I ask my bank to withdraw the chargeback. Well, he did offer a generous $40 discount and a $50 voucher for my next purchase. Isn't that great service after I spent $135 on rubbish.
Really frustrating to deal with this while being heavily pregnant. DO STAY AWAY FROM THEM (and report to Consumer Affairs and talk to your bank if they scammed you).
UPDATE FROM 23/7/26: Little Teekies now disputed the chargeback my bank had issued so that I need to continue following up on this. Consumer Affairs advised to reach out again should this happen and they are successful. Further a report was issued to the ACCC. And further investigation also revealed that they run under an ABN for a business that also owns Backtrackco who operate just as poorly with same quality and customer concerns.

Hi - Little Teekies does not honour its 14 day return policy or its 30 day guarantee - and with how vastly different the items are from what is advertised - it's been money down the drain.
I ordered two items – play tents (one was intended as a gift). The packages arrived last week. One of the items was incorrect – and both items were very poor quality.
For this reason, I requested a refund and return of the items. The items are still in their original packaging and have not been assembled - and therefore meet the criteria of the 14 day Refund Policy advertised on the website at the time of purchase.
Little Teekies has refused my return and refund request. I have provided screen shots of their 14 day return policy – and following this, they responded that there is no return for ‘change of mind’ – and the return policy has since been altered on the website (which is fraudulent if done to attempt changing the terms which have been committed to the customer at the time of purchase).

Just a bunch of scammers! Waited for my baby bottle for over a month to arrive. I chased them multiple times, asked for a refund as got another one in the meantime, they wouldn’t refund and send one out instead.

If I hadn’t chased them, they would have never shipped it.

I ordered the gorgeous pink activity mat with piano. I finally received it today. It is very poorly made with very weak cheap plastic, the joins don't join properly and the mat has no padding. I can't give it to my granddaughter. Complete waste of money!

Fake fake fake. Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive, wasn't sent shipping through Shopify and had to contact multiple times, still was never sent a tracking link. When it finally arrived it was straight from the factory in China - was clear by the packaging and that it didn't come with Aus Post. The quality was awful. Threads coming loose all over the outside of the tent and material is crap and see through. They claim to be in Brisbane but this is FAKE. Have contacted multiple times for a refund and am being completely ignored.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! claims to be an Australian ‘authentic’ company.. 4 weeks later and still waiting to receive an order. I originally emailed them asking and they responding just saying it’s taking longer but no actual eta. I emailed a few more times with one more response saying the same thing and when I started asking for a refund and to cancel the order they’ve ignored me. I’ve reported them to the ACCC and requested my bank lodge a dispute for a refund! From the other feedback it must be a scam!

Ordered a change mat on the 27th of May and still have not received it or any update with shipping. Website claims delivery from an AUSTRALIAN WAREHOUSE within 5-6 days… this is coming from a warehouse in CHINA?? constantly getting ignored via email when asking about an ETA! Such poor customer service so disappointing!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased! Purchased a play kitchen for my little one over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received any shipping information. I can’t get a hold of anyone in their customer service team to provide answers or an update.

Reviews on their site are definitely fake - there is no way for a legit customer to actually post a review, and looking back the comment “the cotton is so thick!!” Is DEFINITELY fake - they are thin shitty plastic. Definitely a Chinese/drop shipping situation. Took a while to come which is fine but the quality is terrible. My little one broke one of the plastic connectors within days and the whole thing is so thin and plastic and crap. On site it looks like fabric but it’s a thin semi-transparent plastic. I was thinking $125 for a play tent is good, but at this quality it should’ve been more like $30. If I’d paid that much I’d be happy with the purchase. Don’t recommend.

I ordered from this company for my little one’s third birthday 3 weeks ago. Was very excited to receive the product but as of today I’m still waiting. Their customer service is horrendous and they are unable to provide any information as to where the product is. You also can’t speak to anyone which is incredibly frustrating. It also says the company is based in Brisbane however the tent appears be shipping from Japan. I would not order from them again and am currently waiting for an answer as to where my product is. It also didn’t arrive in time for my child’s birthday which is disappointing - I doubt it will ever arrive. The website and products look beautiful but don’t purchase from them! Go somewhere else!
