Held to ransom with “upgrade”
Loaded van without flagging any issues and then got informed after all loaded that it was above the size requirement but they had no way of showing and instead threatened me to upgrade for £90 or it would be unloaded with no way of checking if that was accurate. When asked how it could be validated I was told it didn’t need to be and that he was the expert. Phone handler was rude patronising and passive aggressive throughout. Do not use them. Overpriced and poor customer service and hold waste to ransom. Used to be loyal customer but never using again

Not very good service
So far not the best experience I have had a collection book since the 9th, due for collection today I have put all waste at front of property ready to be collected waited all day called at 4.30 as heard nothing told to wait till 6 nothing tried phoning, emailing and what'sapp no one answers, we are in the process of moving hence the reason we need the waste collection, I cannot simply say ok don't worry collect another day I know cannot even book someone else as litta have my money. Not impressed.

This was my first time using Litta and I’ll go straight to them in future. Booking was easy, they communicated in advance by texts, and the van turned up when they said I would. They called to follow up after and check I was satisfied. Neat touch.

Efficient quick and friendly service.
The team were very efficient, quick and friendly. They also arrived early so I didn't have wait in all morning, which I appreciated. I was able to book a visit for the next day too and the booking process was straightforward.
