A nice product !
A great everyday sunscreen
I really like the La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune SPF 50+. It feels lightweight, gives high sun protection, and sits comfortably on the skin without feeling too heavy. A great choice for everyday use! ☀️

Careline useless.I have phoned 5 times trying to find a replacement for Double Repair moisturising cream, which they have discontinued.I have been given completely wrong alternatives, body creams not face creams. One nice French lady put me on hold, then the survey kicked in and cut me off.I could not get back to her.I was cut off twice more.Frustrating.
Skin analysis with La Roche posay
I recently tried the Effaclar Duo M moisturiser and it was so impressive that I decided I wanted a full routine to match it. When I went onto the La Roche‑Posay website, I noticed they offer a skin analysis, so I completed it — and honestly, it was brilliant.
The analysis confirmed I have combination skin, which I already knew, but what really stood out was that it only recommended three products. No overselling, no unnecessary add‑ons, just exactly what my skin needed. That alone made me trust the brand even more.
I ended up ordering the recommended products from Boots UK instead of directly from La Roche‑Posay, purely because of some negative reviews about delivery and communication on their own site. Boots delivered everything within two days, so I was really pleased.
Overall, I’m genuinely impressed — the products, the skin analysis, and the honesty of the recommendations. I highly recommend La Roche‑Posay, but I’d personally suggest ordering through Boots or another trusted retailer for peace of mind.
Deceptive Website Practices
The products are actually pretty good. However, their website can be confusing and deceptive. I ended up accidentally ordering two items I did not want with the click of a button. No verifications of YES or NO. I emailed them and got no reply back. I cancelled my subscription and will no longer do business with them. I suggest that if you do conduct business with them to be very careful and order one thing at a time. Do not get a subscription.
HONEST REVIEW
Honest review !
I’ve heard good and very bad things about La Roche Posay Hyula B5 crème I decided to give it a try I usually buy Clinique but the price has gone through the roof for very little !
I have to say this crème is fabulous it’s creamy light not at all greasy leaves my skin tingly and plump ! I’ve been using it morning and night for about 6 weeks and can see a big difference in the overall appearance of my skin yes it tingles but it really does work my make up glides on my skin looks clearer plumper and feels so hydrated …
I’m so glad I decided to give this product a try because it’s definitely going to be my daily moisturising routine for the foreseeable future!
Many have slated it but I can honestly say it really has worked wonders for me .. so much so I’ve bought another pot which was on offer in Boots Uk online matched with La Roche Posay face wash gel which it also amazing!
A very happy customer!
Delivery failures
Products are great unfortunately they cannot get their act together on their logistics. Ordered a delivery waited the 14 days as requested by the customer service advisor and then La Roche Posay cancelled the order due to technical reasons. Now I have to start again. Will try Aveeno to see if they care more about their customers!
I would give them zero stars if I could…
I would give them zero stars if I could for their horrible customer and website. The chat doesn’t work and I had to call 3 times to get to a person. I ordered 3 products with a discount offer. I received only 2 because they cancelled 1. I had to call customer service to find out that it was out of stock. Why not put that in an email? Or send a note saying you will send it when it’s in stock. Of course now they miraculously 2 days later they have it in stock. I have not been refunded the difference in the amt. I would have to pay FULL PRICE to reorder it. They will not get another penny of my money. I will go back to Skinceuticals — they are a better product anyway. At least they have competent customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. Stay away from La Roche Posay!
This stuff is lethal
This stuff is lethal. Wish I had seen the reviews on here and TikTok before buying if I could post a pic you would be horrified. Put on face before bed. Woke up looking like the creature from the black lagoon. Swelled sore and itchy. Absolutely avoid !!!!!!!
Toleriane line is very good
I was using La Roche-Posay's Toleriane line for a couple of months. Made my skin moisturized and skin tone got much much better. Thank you
If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. Do not order from La Roche-posay Canada. Worse customer service ever. They say 1-2 days processing but it actually takes 14 days to get. I could have drove there quicker! They refused to cancel my order when it wasn’t even processed or packed. Cheaper through Amazon.
Pimentclar is the worst product ever
Pimentclar is the worst product ever. Just sits on top of skin and does not work
Slow but safe
Ordered from La roche posay on a pharmacy site and it came a couple days after the estimate to my coastal town, the kind of wait where you sniff the air for rain on warm pavement and keep glancing at the box like it might bloom open by itself, but when it landed the carton was snug and neat and not a corner crushed, phew. Everything inside was sealed and stickered, pumps taped, no leaks, it felt careful and real, like someone tucked it in with both hands, so I’m half grumbly and half grateful! Anthelios sits invisible under my makeup and Toleriane hushes my rosy cheeks nicely, I’ll order again for sure, just wish you’re tracking updates were clearer.
Almost did not buy it, then it quietly won me over
I almost left the shelf without it, honestly, because every dermatologist recommended brand I have tried in the last few years has promised calm skin then given me that prickly flush on my cheeks and around my nose, especially after Pilates or a gallery opening when the rooms get warm. I kept reading the tiny labels, squinting for fragrance and alcohol, and I told myself not to be taken in by clean white bottles again, yet something about la roche posay being so plain spoken and pharmacy based made me think maybe, just maybe, this is the one to test after my last facial. I started with Toleriane, thinking I would return it if it stung, but it did not sting at all, and the redness that usually blooms overnight looked softer by morning which surprised me and made me feel a bit silly for dragging my feet.
Then I tried Hyalu b5 over it in the evening, just two small pumps, and it sat like a little cushion under my night cream without that tightness I sometimes get from other serums. My smile lines did not disappear of course, I am eighty one, but the makeup I wear for brunch photos stopped settling there so sharply which I did not expect, and I am picky about texture for selfies. I should say I am sensitive to scent, and I could not detect any fragrance beyond a faint clean thing which did not linger, so I did not feel queasy during my morning K pop class.
Anthelios was the real test for me, because high protection SPF usually makes me shiny and then my cushion foundation pills, and I hate that under ring lights when we do our pop culture trivia nights. This one is ultra light and goes clear on my rosacea prone spots, it looks invisible under makeup, and it did not creep into the lines around my eyes which often happens by lunchtime. Reapplying before a rooftop coffee did not disturb my base either, I patted it in and it behaved, which feels rare for me, and the little nozzle dispenses just enough without blobs.
I added Lipikar for my dry shins that itch in the evenings and it calmed the scratch cycle in two nights, which was a relief, while Effaclar on my chin kept those little stress spots that pop up after spin from turning into full eruptions. The pumps and tubes are simple and tidy, nothing leaks in my tote, and the seals were intact when I opened the boxes which helped me trust the authenticity, I notice these things because I have had duds before. Price wise it is not the cheapest, more than supermarket creams of course, but since my skin is not flaring and my SPF plays nicely under makeup, the performance is better value than the pile of almost used bottles I keep meaning to finish. I worried I was falling for marketing again, I really did, but now that my face feels quiet and my routines are smoother, I am relieved I gave la roche posay a chance.
Ok so i just picked up la roche posay…
Ok so i just picked up la roche posay toleriane and anthelios from my local pharmacy, and the sealed caps and pump felt reassuring, you know youre getting the real thing. toleriane metls in like a kind litte hug, no scent and no sting on rocea cheeks, and my skin feels calm within minutes. Anthelios is ulra light and goes invisible under makeup, no whitecast, and the little shaker sound when you tap the bottle made me smile, plus i trust its string UVA UVB protection. Early days, but for the price it feels fair and the delivery to the store was quick, youll love how gentle this duo feels.
Customer service abominable
Customer service abominable.
Premium brand and excellent product but the purchase experience and phone and internet 'support' are the lowest level around.
I feel they have wasted my time and money.
Will boycott their product as a result.
Tried prebiotic moisturizer after my skin was dried out after chemotherapy.
I had to change my face products after doing chemotherapy. Skin on my face was dry, dull and had white patchy areas. Came upon this product in a search engine. I took a chance a purchased the prebiotic moisturizer in a local beauty store. It was a game changer for my face. And it really worked for 24 hrs as they advertised.
I love this brand
I love this brand! I can't believe the reviews! They have been recommended by so many beauty specialists and have cleared my skin right up! I love the hyaluronic acid and daily resurfacer!

🌟 1-Star Review
🌟 1-Star Review: DO NOT ORDER FROM LA ROCHE-POSAY CANADA'S WEBSITE
If you’re thinking of ordering from La Roche-Posay Canada’s official website — don’t. I placed an order and tried to cancel it less than 24 hours later, before anything had shipped. I contacted customer service immediately and was told, word-for-word:
“We are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted.”
Let me be clear — the product hadn’t shipped, nothing had been packed, and their own agents admitted they had “no access” to stop the order. Even supervisors couldn’t help. It’s an inflexible, robotic system where the entire support team is trained to say “we can’t do anything.” Zero accountability, zero flexibility.
To make it worse, you have to pay for your own return shipping, even if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Yes, you read that right — you pay to return a product they forced you to accept.
After pushing for answers, I was offered a $5 coupon — while still being denied a basic cancellation request. Eventually, they closed the chat on me.
There’s no real “customer service” — just a script and a wall.
⚠️ Save yourself the stress:
Order from Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drugs, or Amazon instead.
At least you’ll be able to return or cancel like a normal customer.
This website operates like it’s stuck in 2005. You deserve better.
