The wine is usually good. The order and delivery system works well. The website is difficult to navigate at times. And, perhaps my biggest complaint is that sometimes it is the same wine over and over again.

Wine from Spain was not very good
Wine from Spain was not very good. Not only did it not taste that great, it had a funny smell to it. This was a mystery case, so I didn't expect top wine. But other mystery cases that I bought were actually quite good. I haven't tasted all the bottles yet, so the rating could go higher based on the remaining bottles.

Laithwaites put a smile on my face and my pallet
I’m a widower living on my own. I have over 120 bottles in my racks and as of today, 24 more bottles en route. Only once was 1/2 my order not rec’d due to a bottle breaking in transit.
The selections are quite good. Let’s talk about wine. The Brunello I re’d a couple of months ago is an Angel’s Kiss. Outstanding! The Chateau Neuf de Pape is on the way and I can’t wait. Pricing is competitive too!
