The Passion Play met all expectations which were HIGH.

The Whispers provided to the Globus Tour Guide were not operational thereby significantly detracting from all events requiring them.

With the understanding that some cities/towns on the tour were small and limited in accommodations, several hotels were lacking Air Conditioning which was exacerbated by windows without screens thus eliminating opening them for ventilation; also, safes, coffee makers, and mini-fridges were lacking in several.

The Oberammergau hotel's restaurant manager was extremely rude to my wife (other Globus patrons as well).

The Munich local tour was below standard, focusing on the uninteresting: street names, facets of the fish market to the exclusion of other markets).

When we arrived in Miami on Monday Jan 4, we learned that our Luggage
Free shipping labels were not available as promised by Oceania
Cruises. (Most guests on the cruise had received their tags on Sunday
when the ship was in Key West; Ours were "promised" pierside in
Miami). Before the stress level began rising, Carson Deen-Acevedo
took charge, verified our luggage name tags, and gladly received the
copy of the Luggage Free Shipment Authorization Form that I had made
before submitting it to Oceania. He said he would take care of our 4
bags and provide tracking info later that day.
Before we boarded our plane, I had an email from Carson with the Fedex
tracking number on our shipment.
The bags arrived yesterday, Jan 6, in the afternoon.
