Loadshift Reviews 

LOST $20k from a scam that Loadshift has facilitated. They have refused to investigate/resolve. A tractor was purchased and it did not show up. Loadshift claimed the tractor was delivered but I have not received the tractor. Loadshift have provided ZERO evidence that the tractor was delivered. No photos, paperwork or receipts. Loadshift has now stopped taking my calls and refuse to resolve this. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

I put in a quote for an item I needed shipped asap. Within 20 minutes they had contacted me , finalised the details shortly after .

Communication was consistent and my item arrived the day of the pickup. Sent me a photo to confirm delivery.

If their service was like that all the time , I would highly recommend them .

Very simple platform to use. Received prompt responses and great support from platform host. Seamless communication via web, email and SMS with real time updates. Payment method was very easy. First time user of the platform, will be sure to use again.

Front-end staff are very good and treat you like you're their only customer. Marcy is very good. "Loadshift" is an organisation that looks after customers and keeps you informed at all times. Their website is also easy to use.
They take the worry away from you.
