The best app I’ve used in years! Everything went smoothly, and moving interstate was a breeze.

Very professional and experienced. I’ve been in the formwork industry dealing with trucks and drivers for the last 20 years not many of these drivers left highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe reliable and fast service.

Loadshift provides a great platform for competitive tenders, connection to reliable suppliers & great communication to allow for effective, on-time logistics. They give all parties the confidence needed to transact cost-effectively sight-unseen.

This is the second time we’ve used Loadshift and it is so easy to use and always get ample amounts of quotes. The staff at Loadshift particularly the one we’ve had help us the last 2 times has been very quick with communication and nothing is too much trouble. We feel reassured to know that the money we pay is held until delivery.

My agent, Grace, from loadshift was extremely helpful in making changes to my listing, ensuring my post was seen by service providers, and following up with my on process and finalising the job.

Loadshift were very professional. They provided excellent communication and assistance. The webpage was well set up to support transfer of information without needing to disclose to the end transport all personal details. They held the payment until the load was delivered which gave peace of mind also. We will definately be recommending to others.

One star because negative stars are not an option. Last month, July 9, B&C Bulk Cartage Pty Ltd collected a tractor and did not deliver it. Loadshift informed me that they have had problems with this carrier in the past yet insist it has been delivered and is unwilling to assist in the recovery of the stolen tractor that is now reported as a theft with NSW Police.

Good communication and helped with a last minute change of delivery address.

These guys ask you to fill out the information for a quote on there website. Then they send you an email to to fill out a quote again. Then they start spamming you.. I will not use this service. If I could, I would give them a minus five star

Lost $20k using this company.

This company doesn't care at all about screening their carriers and as a byproduct, they are facilitators of a scam. Do NOT use this company.

We purchased a $20k tractor and TRUSTED LOADSHIFT as a company to use it in hiring a driver to transport it. The tractor NEVER SHOWED UP. Upon reaching out to Loadshift, they have not only refused to help, but claimed that the tractor was delivered when it was ABSOLUTELY NOT. They have shown absolutely zero initiative in investigating this issue (which is what they should do given that it occurred through THEIR COMPANY), and made no attempt to resolve it either.

In their claim that "the tractor was delivered", they have also given NO EVIDENCE that it was. They have stopped taking our calls, answering our emails, or engaging in ANY conversation with us. They clearly do not wish to resolve it or make any attempt in apologising either. They clearly do not care about their customers, and this undoubtedly is proof that they do NOT SCREEN THEIR DRIVERS!!

This can happen to you too. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

LOST $20k from a scam that Loadshift has facilitated. They have refused to investigate/resolve. A tractor was purchased and it did not show up. Loadshift claimed the tractor was delivered but I have not received the tractor. Loadshift have provided ZERO evidence that the tractor was delivered. No photos, paperwork or receipts. Loadshift has now stopped taking my calls and refuse to resolve this. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.
