Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I used them several times, then accidentally missed a 19chf invoice that went to my email spam. They sent one postal reminder while I was travelling and within two weeks (just a couple of months after the invoice) referred me to a debt collection agency - for a 19chf invoice, asking for over 100chf in fees! So I returned both to the reminder and the aggressive debt collection notice. This is not only illegal but also a terrible way to treat customers. Clearly I won’t ever use them again and would advise others to avoid too.

The globe as received could not be…
The globe as received could not be assembled. Instructions were non-existent, the video was useless, and globe halves did not fit.
Also, it was difficult to actually pay for the order! I couldnt use my credit cards or Pay Pal.

The experience was not really nice for me as I thought I ask the book in epub and then it was ascm. I am still not able to read it due to conctraint with my ebook. On the top the website is all in German not even english or Franche. thanks

Most of the books they display in their site are not really available, they give you a 3-6 days shipping delay at the moment of checkout and then they make you wait 2 months before telling you that they don’t have that article available. I have received a gift card and haven’t been able to use it cause they continuously cancel the orders.
