Very pleased to have OFX on board simplifying transfers from Australian sources to my NZ bank account.
I do have difficulty though locating from whence a payment has arisen and would appreciate a more clear paper trail; for example the last payment received is indicated onl;y "NZForex Limited KEITH MACDON" and a transaction date - no reference from where that payment has come through OFX

I normally don’t give a review but I am very happy about the speed of transactions. The design of the app could be better but it is very simple and it gets the job done.

Ofx are sooo easy to use and the recipient received the money within 48 hours from Australia to Ireland. I will definately use them for future transfers

I am new to international transfers. I needed support. The lady who I spoke with answered the phone very quickly, could not have been more helpful and was very clear and proactive. I’m really happy with the service!

We have always had first class service from OFX since we started using the company probably 10 years ago. I normally do our transfers online, but the latest was a little different, so I phoned through. It was interesting and made it feel so personal that the lady who helped me, remembered me from 18 months ago when we had moved house sale proceeds from NZ to Australia and she had given me an enormous amount of help at that time. Amazing Company and amazing service.

I have only used OFX for all my money transfers from Australia to the USA, and India the transactions were so simple and cost cost effective.

Sending Euros to company in Prague was so easy to do. Ease of navigation on website. Exchange rate and fee was less costly than a bank transfer!

I have booked a transfer yesterday for 150 GBP and was testing the service , to see how good they are before sending more, now its been one day and the transfer is still processing. No emails no nothing, spoke to support as per their request and she said she would be in touch in a few days. So far is an appalling servic, would rather stay with bank and pay the fees instead of waiting multiple days for a bill payment to be complete.

Transferred funds from UK Bank to Australian bank without a hitch. This was a one off but I use them every month to transfer my UK pension to Australia.
I even received a phone call from Herbert Yee to see if I needed assistence. Would recommend this company.
