Filthier than Deutsche Bahn trains

As an East German, it is disappointing to see yet another company being a negative example of East Germany.

I took an ODEG train to get to the office this morning. The floors were dirty, it smelled disgusting in almost the entire train.
After work, I must have been unlucky at best, getting into an ODEG train smelling exactly the same and worse.
I don't even wanna get into the horrors of German train facilities. ODEG is no exception here.

How is it even remotely appropriate to run trains with what feels like a complete lack of hygiene and cleaning personnel?

What's the issue here, ODEG? Why can't you send cleaning personnel through your trains every hour, but somehow manage to send staff selling overpriced drinks? And why would you sell alcohol on a train? NOBODY should be drinking alcohol on a train. Drunk people get into fights, get loud, and at best bother other passengers.

Get your act together, and start monitoring and cleaning your facilities. If passengers behave badly and ruin the experience for other passengers, make them pay dearly for it. That's the only way you can get them to stop acting like disgusting pigs. Or at least pay for the personnel to clean up after them.

I think ODEG is a pretty good example for what's wrong with German economy overall. High prices, poor quality. If 0 stars were possible...

The toilets are in a poor condition and the smell is terrible it goes through the whole train and no staff ever seem to clean them. Maybe they should at least open the windows. I take this train daily and it’s rather busy from Potsdam to Ostkreuz
